The fourth quarter-final sees England take on the reigning champions France at Al Khor.

How do we see this one going?

Last Four Meetings:

13/06/2017- France 3-2 England (Friendly)

17/11/2015- England 2-0 France (Friendly)

11/06/2012- France 1-1 England (European Championship)

17/11/2010- England 1-2 France (Friendly)

Sterling looks to be back before the match. Big W for England.
That's if he even plays which I doubt he will. I think Southgate will line up as he did against Senegal or perhaps switch to a back 5 with both walker and trippier and sacrificing an offensive player.

I can see this match going all the way to penalties

I think Southgate will be brave and play 4 at the back. Personally for me, despite how good France are attacking wise, they have not kept a clean sheet. We will concede 100% but I think we can get at France too. Can see it being a draw in normal time and then who knows..

Actively rooting for England to lose (as I usually do) because the English press are f***in intolerable and should all be thrown into the mouth of an active volcano

The sun took out a billboard in Paris to say it’s comin home in English and French. Like the levels of second hand embarrassment I’m feeling are immeasurable

That is pure unadulterated CRINGE!! The press is a f***in disgrace!

And in France, comin home would mean back to France!!

G'won England. I think they will win ok Yet!!!!!!!

So nervous about tonight. I think I'm honestly feeling more nervy going into this one than I was going into the Euro final last year.

It's going to be incredibly tough, but if we can get through this we have such an amazing opportunity to win the World Cup with the teams left.

I really don’t care who wins. I usually have an underlying hope that England will win but not even a flicker this year.
