Little Simz's follow-up to the Mercury Prize winning album, 'Sometimes I Might Be Introvert' is out tomorrow.

'Gorilla' is such a tune, instantly a contender for her best song for me, that bassline *.*

 

Will check out the rest of the album pretty soon (I'm aiming to just binge through all the albums I want to hear from November and December some time in the next couple of weeks or so), a nice surprise release here so soon after her last album!

Overall, it's a much more slight project than SIMBI but has some nice moments.

Slightly late to this but alas another great project again from Simz. Broken is one of my favourite UK rap songs of all time. The lyricism, production, harmonies just do wonders for my ear. The production from Inflo throughout the album was again brilliant. My other two favourite tracks are Silhouette and Angel.

 

It breaks my heart that this didn't have anywhere near the same chart success as SIMBI, as it in my view is almost just as good.
