Posted December 28, 20222 yr I've moved to the States and while I will continue to keep up with Buzzjack :-), I am looking for a US equivalent. I have found Pulse Music Boards which seems similar and I might try that, but just wondering if anyone has any recommendations? Merry Christmas! Thanks
December 28, 20222 yr the Pulse Board forum is good there's also ATRL but that's more like Popjustice
December 28, 20222 yr yeah from having researched in the past, Pulse is the closest you’ll ever get to a USA Buzzjack equivalent.
December 28, 20222 yr Echoing others - Pulse Music Board! ATRL seems to be more focused on stan culture and memes/humour, rather than it being specifically a chart resource. If charts are a part of the discussion there it tends to be shared more in a stan wars type of way. I may not be being completely fair on ATRL, but that's the impression it has given me over the years. A good place to keep yourself amused but not really an equivalent. I wouldn't say ATRL is similar to Popjustice personally. Popjustice has much more of an "in-depth discussions" vibe to it. Lengthy [but often thoughtful!] posts about the careers of music artists and their music, really analysing it deeply. Way lengthier discussions than we tend to see on BuzzJack but that's on account of the fact that Popjustice has waaay more members. I don't tend to see the members there caring too deeply about charts though or getting too deep into that side of things. For instance some of the members there complained when somebody posted daily radio updates in Britney's topic, because they by and large didn't care about or understand the data. I would recommend UKMIX.org. UK may be in the name but it's definitely got an international feel to it with there being lots of discussion about non-UK charts!
December 28, 20222 yr If any of you didn't already know, Lil Nas X used to be a regular poster on ATRL before he became famous.

December 28, 20222 yr Author Thanks all - I’ll go with Pulse. It looks decent…but I know it just won’t be the same 😇
December 28, 20222 yr :cheeseblock: I wonder if anyone on here will ever have a #1 single lmao. My Hip-hop/RnB beats are worth checking out, although i haven't released them yet. I love production and would love to collab as a hip-hop producer, their no point in not trying to chart somewhere.
