January 23, 20232 yr Altyr’s song didn’t do too well in that pop contest. Before I saw that result I’d have called it to be huge here but I’m not sure now. I guess the competition for it in that was insanely high though. I don’t think Aeroche is quite a DNQ, maybe 11-20 in the semi though. It’s not that it sounds like a DNQ but more that this semi is utterly STACKED with songs that sound like qualifiers so there is maybe a slim chance it might just slide out by default, as could about 10 other songs though. January 23, 20232 yr I still wouldn't be surprised if 'Mad Man' won here despite the fairly low finish in PFSC. That contest wasn't exactly very geared towards new music. Plus the pop vote is obviously more concentrated here than it is in a 100% pop contest. (how about the novelty of a song that I am actually going to vote for winning though? xx)

January 24, 20232 yr Was gonna try and do last minute predix for both semis but I haven't got around to doing a relisten of semi 1 and there are a few songs I don't remember well enough to pass judgement on. I did start attempting to do semi 1 predictions but I only marked like 5 songs as likely DNQs and then gave up trying to find 5 more. On the other hand, on my first run through semi 2 I marked 13(!) songs as likely DNQs so I've had to bring 3 of them back (for transparency the ones I brought back were Greenfroze, Dobago and Pestolia so consider those my 'borderline' picks) :kink: I'm being pessimistic about myself oop.
