Hope that BJSC has the K-factor this month and delivers an “Out of Luck” smash. Also really enjoying the new Shygirl and Iglooghost singles.

Yay for you being a Willo fan :wub: Such a gorgeous dreamy tune.

 

I've actually loved all the singles from this new Kelela era. I'm loving the garage, electronic production she's gone for with this.

 

I also preferred 'Reclaimed' but finally came around to 'Give It 2 Me' recently. It sounds better in earpods than headphones I think. Suddenly hearing produx and vocal touches that I never heard on headphones. 6 Music playing it also of course helps

I've heard the new Vitesse X track and listened to some of her AMA on YouTube - she said a couple of things that really interested me. She cites Orbital and Opus III as heavy influences, and she explained that there is a new single (breakbeat/trance influenced vocal track) due in about a month. So hyped for that, the new album which has some shoegaze influences on it from her days as a guitar player in a shoegaze band is all ready to go too..
