Ooh that's promising to see P!nk entering a lot earlier this time. Lord knows why this wasn't the lead single, it is a great song, hope it'll end up being a bigger hit than NGNDA.

 

'Song 2' randomly slaying we love to see. Also wow didn't realise Lizzy McAlpine had got so high, great to see her top 40!

I think it's my favourite from her since the 'Funhouse' era (wasn't a fan of 'What About Us' either although I did quite like 'Beautiful Trauma' from that era, that was her last single before this that I'd rate higher than 'decent').

We can only hope!

 

I actually hope she can get a hit in her own right rather than due to tik Tom even if it does slowly climb to a no34 peak!

Why would it matter if a theoretical P!nk hit was or was not 'due to TikTok'? I guess I can vaguely understand why this distinction would matter for a new artist (i.e. 'TikTok hits' maybe being less likely to result in longer term success / a consistent fanbase) but P!nk has had a fanbase for 2 decades.

 

People really still acting like TikTok is some new novelty and not the driving force behind the vast majority of hits.

I just would rather of did well because people liked it whereas things on tik tok seem to do well due to the fact it’s viral and cool to use in videos. I guess though that all hits nowadays are due to Tik Tok and playlists etc.

Strandz's "Us Against the World" has been appearing quite a lot on my TikTok feed. I also read that Digga D could possibly be joining on a remix of that soon. Not a massive fan of the track generally and I don't think Digga would sound good on it anyway.

She’s always had a mixture of uptempos and ballads though. She’s hardly likely to get more than two top 100 hits off the album anyway so why not release the uptempos as the first 2 singles?
