BIGGEST HIT: TOUCH ME (I WANT YOUR BODY) (#3, 1986)

Beverley Knight was wasted really as a vocalist. She never quite had the material to rise above mid level success, although I do like enough of her singles to make a best of.

Totally agree, she had some good stuff but her chart fortunes were very inconsistent.

Beverly Knight is the best UK vocalist!

Beverly Knight is amazing, had her Who am I album from 02 and has amazing songs

Katy B is also amazing, hope she can somehow make a comeback, her first 2 albums were great

we are losing quite a few amazing artists, and then there's Samantha Fox :D

Samantha Fox should have been my full pointer, what a string of hits, but I went with with Paula Abdul. But Touch Me, what a brilliant song.
Not lost any votes in a long time! Marina and Katy B are my favourites to drop out since I last commented. +1 for FROOT appreciation
After Sam Fox, Paula Abdul and Tiffany falling, like expected, the not-so-good is left. But they do have some good songs,
Love Katy B especially 'Katy on a Mission' and 'Crying for No Reason', probably my favourite singles in their respective years.
Yeah, Beverley Knight's voice is phenomenal, she really should have been bigger than she was. I love her 'Affirmation' album when she went a bit more pop. Sam Fox songs are kinda fun I suppose :D

BIGGEST HIT: LOVE CAN BUILD A BRIDGE (#1, 1995)

Ooh, love me a bit of Neneh! 'Manchild' and 'Buffalo Stance' are legit two of the BEST songs of the 80s. Like a lot of her 90s stuff too. Unfortunately there just wasn't quite enough space for her in my votes :(
