I may have preferred several other options for single #4 but this is still a banger *.*

My view of 'Everday' is marred by it being picked as a single when I think I honestly would have preferred any other track. I guess they thought that having 'Future' on it would help it become big in America.

21. Beauty and the Beast (with John Legend)

This gives me AF Idol flash-backs :lol:

 

agreed that the 'Everyday' video is naff but I remember thinking the visuals for this one were really pretty!

They sound lovely but 'Beauty and the Beast' is such a boring song.

'Everyday' comfortably my 2nd fave of the 'Dangerous Woman' singles tho. Despite the grammatically incorrect title x

 

22. Heatstroke (with Calvin Harris, Young Thug & Pharrell Williams)

I don't dislike this as much as BuzzJack collectively did, but I do wish a Calvin/Ari collab was a bit stronger, when the same album brought us something as good as 'Slide' :wub:

Heatstroke is ok. It would probably be better if it had a better vocalist than Pharrell.

Not the best song from Calvin's funk wav stuff but still a nice breezy tune for me. Better than 'Feels' at least x

 

23. Quit (with Cashmere Cat)

At the half-way point :o this is flying by for me so far but at least plenty of great moments still to come *.*

 

speaking of great moments... love 'Quit', my favourite of the Cashmere Cat trio :wub:

'Quit' is the better of the two Cashmere Cat songs here today. She sounds so good on this one. Her vocals are so high on the mix too

 

24. no tears left to cry

'Quit' definitely the better of the two Cashmere Cat songs indeed, still nothing hugely memorable for me but pretty good.

'no tears left to cry' was such a perfect return from her in every way <3 it was my favourite moment at the sweetener tour, too.

It was the perfect way to comeback after what she had been through. I honestly think it's improving with the years for me. It really hits me emotionally when I hear it nowadays.

 

25. Dance To This (with Troye Sivan)

Ahhh I'm a huge fan of 'Dance To This' as well :wub: a subtle beauty with quite a charming video.

I've only heard 'Dance To This' a handful of times and remember most of the chorus but I don't remember the verses sounding like this at all.
