It's not a shock she is dropping the focus on Twitter with the fan groups seems all on downloads and not boosting her streaming.

That's because physical sales give easy numbers.

Numbers are so low in Top 10 right now that it would be easy to enter in it with very good physical sales and bad streaming numbers.

Streaming parties wouldn’t make much difference for her seeing as she has a big number of international fans on Twitter too.

You act like this is her last chance. It’s doing well on Apple and Amazon and I’m sure will start to gain on Spotify now it’s moved up HHUK. Also the Radio 1 add will start to help. I’m confident this will have a great chart run in the end.

I mean, her CDs and downloads came out in Week 1 so this week is definitely the best chance of a top ten.

 

I’m not saying the song won’t be a hit. It could have a long, stable chart run. Just saying the top 10 opportunity is definitely this week unless Spotify picks up drastically.

I genuinely think Spotify/streaming will pick up. It's rare nowadays for pop acts to immediately launch right off the bat. I hope it picks up anyway and I'm not concerned... yet (ask me in 3 weeks time and I assume the answer could very well be v different :lol:)

 

I think pushing the physical and downloads whilst waiting for streaming to build and catch on, could turn out to be the better move. We'll see though. I hate how uncertain things are (yet love it all the same :lol:)

 

I'm absolutely LOVING this song still and I think it's holding up with repeated listens, which is a good sign for my personal preference. I'm intrigued to hear more from her.

 

EDIT: Oh and I'm still waiting for my CD bundle I ordered yesterday to ship... I wonder if they'll ship tomorrow or wait to carry it into the following week?

Also the physical figure hasn’t updated since Monday - they have been pushing them this week on socials and email so I think there will be a late reporting of them today (Probably wanted to see if they were needed for this week or could be held off until next week maybe?).

 

If she has shifted a decent amount Top 10 might just be attainable?

I don't think she's done enough to stay top 200 on Spotify over the weekend (so PLEASE don't worry if it falls out/falls lmao) it should recover again like it did this week!) tomorrows top 200 will be bombarded with throwback Thursday stuff (then the weekend a mix of New releases + current chart smashes (i.e. those who have been in the charts for about 4 weeks+) benefiting hard)
