That's still an insane amount of women to men though and really needs to be studied. Do men take longer to "fit in" in general and end up going under the radar so avoid first week nominations most of the time or is it something else entirely? (sexism? were they genuinely more annoying? etc..)

I didn’t realise how many first evictees got shafted by twists really - Anamelia was the coin thing and Mandy was evicted by Tom (albeit after being bottom 2 in the public vote). Sallie as well was nominated by Michael when he was the “people’s puppet”, although I do think she would have gone first anyway for sure :lol: Bonnie as well it wasn’t straight nominations it was the Big Brotherhood thing, then Stephanie as well it was only because of the secret mission where she had to pretend it was her instead of Lisa who was with Mario which was just… odd?!

Mary vs Craig too in BB6 was down to just Makosi nominating.

 

Although that was a weird one anyway as Craig looked like he was going all that week.

 

Also Anouska in BB4 with the nomming on the first night thing. I doubt she'd have been even up had noms been done as normal.

 

BB10 with Beinazir was down to a twist as well

I forgot about Anouska, that was possibly the worst one for me! Because that entire series was dull and the only who had anything memorable or a type of personality pretty much was first out because she was a bit louder on launch so was nominated :drama:

The biggest robberies for me were Stephanie, Anouska and Anamelia - especially the latter two, imo the series were so deathly dull after they went.

Yeah BB4 had a pretty bad track of evictions with the first 3 all being the feistier women. OK Justine wasn't that feisty, but I remember her annoying quite a few HMS.

 

Then the double eviction took out the 2 Male HMs causing any drama with Federico and Jon going.

 

Then Tania went and there was barely anyone in there to cause any drama at all. I mean you don't always need conflict, but there didn't seem to be anything really driving BB4 by the mid-point.

 

I shoved a tenner on Farida on being first evicted @ 4/1. Surely that's easy money? :lol:

Just catching up on last night and I'm tearing up listening to Farida talk about her past :cry: And Hallie showing so much empathy; she's SO mature for her age. Love her.

Hallie is an absolute angel, to be a 18 year old trans girl on TV in this political climate and still be the first one to comfort/console/listen to everyone is insane! Like I can’t imagine how scary and hard it must be for her but she still makes time for the others and is there for them instead of just moping around or being withdrawn.

Fingers crossed for Kerry to leave, even though i'd like both her and Farida to stay for the drama.

I am hoping it's just because it's week one and we started on Sunday! Now it's Friday - Friday hopefully noms are on Tuesday and revealed on main show on Wednesday with voting opening then too. I have hated how they have done it this week because I love watching nominations and being tense as each one is added to the tally!

I agree, I hope not either! I also hope they go back to two nominations but I’m guessing it would have took too much screen time with 16 housemates.

 

I’m loving AJ & Will together! I feel like Will is shining, of course AJ is too but she’s more known than him.

Olivia isn't as daft as she sounds sometimes. At least she realises that being followed on social media doesn't mean you're liked. A rare moment of self awareness
