Quite an underwhelming start for Ed on Apple Music for his new album, does Curtains also have physicals? I really don’t see that managing #1 even with physicals tbh
Doesn’t look like Ed will dominate the chart much with this album right?

Dog Days Are Over is one of those tracks that you expect would go viral, surprised its taken so long. Nice if it could reenter top 100 not been there since 2013.

It’s used very prominently in Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3.

I used to like Ed and I haven’t listened to the album yet but if it’s anything like the theme of eyes closed it sounds like it will be a pretty dull album

I actually forgot it was being released yesterday! There certainly doesn't seem to the be the same buzz as for a usual Ed album.

 

I liked Eyes Closed, didn't like Boat, listened to Curtains yesterday and thought that was pretty instant.

 

Not listened to the rest of it yet.

Ed better sell many CDs cos he's not gonna make a lot of streaming points, when on debut day most tracks re on less than 100K

Apparently it's the outlier to guarantee a hit.

Eyes closes was the obvious hit on the album there's a couple of others that could do decent with promotion but 3 listens so far nothing huge huge but it is growing with each listen
