I don't think it actually has leaked? It was premiered on the radio and then ripped to upload it to YouTube. Can't find it in typical places for leaks so I don't think it's out there like that yet.

This, she is not relaunching her pop career with it - it’s just a fun nice to have to promote the show and NN to an extent.

Yes, but... err, you're right. I think of radio rips as being more tape sounding still.

It's okay, Jay! I'm more used to radio rips when people talk about radio premieres. It is the full song without talking though. So curious why all this leaks.

I love how for a TV theme song it's actually so much better than the 2017 singles she put out. I felt like that last part was building up to an epic key change that never happened though.

Been giving this a couple of spins from that radio rip and I'm liking it! So much better than the other one off singles she's done in recent years. Love the punchy 80s production and the big catchy chorus. Shame we have to wait until the 2nd June for it to be out but I guess it gives viewers of I Kissed a Boy to familiarise themselves with it ahead of release.

The song better get a music video. The song should have been released this week.

It's a stand-alone release for a tv show, likely self-released. I don't think she should pump money into it as I doubt it'll get playlistings etc. It's more a treat to fans.

 

Maybe she could convince BBC to allow her team to cut together a clip video of I Kissed A Boy to promote it and the show.

Galaxy video I am sure cost nothing, and she can always claim it on tax. Come on Dannii!

I just listened to this and... I don't understand the comments saying the chorus is a mess? The whole song is great! OK it's no 'Padam Padam' but it's a pretty catchy little bop. The chorus especially gives me Carly Rae Jepsen vibes. I'll definitely be giving this some spins when it's out :D

It is catchy and its the best dannii has done in a long time, interesting to see if we will also get a few remixes.
