Ideally a physical single CD release would happen right now and it would help sustain its 2nd week or possibly help it climb, i would be all for a vinyl and cd bundle and really get behind this as the potential is big for this.

Nah, it's better to wait until the streaming starts to grow to give it a better impact. If it falls a bit this week it's no big deal, radio isn't going to drop her for that.

I'm most interested to see if it's still peaking in 2-3 weeks what effect the CD singles might have

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but if it keeps snowballing as it has and becomes adopted as one of the summer's main anthems it could exceed all of our wildest expectations. :o

I genuinely have some hopes padam padam has plenty of life in it and could to do well authentically if it can be given a nudge. BMG have a few options to help boost it such as the physical and some remixes, there is also promotion from Kylie herself to come so there is potentially alot left in the bag to propel this. Maybe i am also jumping ahead of myself but if they really chase this could padam padam have the potential to break its way into the top 10?
I'll just be happy if it charts for a few weeks, have healthy sales and continues to make impact outside her usual fanbase.
I think a CD on week 4 is a good idea. By then I think it will peak on streaming and will be roughly the best chance to promote it a bit higher. I wish they didn't try to profit off it, and just sell it for 99p, maybe + delivery. Otherwise we will probably have like 1K extra sales, but it still might be enough for borderline positions. I just hope this doesn't propel her to something like #11. <_<

It will be interesting to see if they approach the cd release differently with how things are going, they may decide to try the 99p option or £2 like others have done, the follows they can do for profit if they like.

They've gone with £3.99 + £3.00 as its cheapest postage option and I'm sure that will remain. The singles from Ed Sheeran and Lewis Capaldi were 99p + free postage from the very start. BMG/Townsend are not going to do that.

My gut feeling is that Padam Padam will climb in week 2! It starts in a much stronger position on streaming than last week.

The more I think about it the more I’d be shocked if this doesn’t climb in Week 2.

This is not a fan fueled release where we’ve all gone out and bought 20 physicals each, it’s connected with the GP and lapsed fans - the best the core Kylie fanbase can do is get into the 50s and 60s for most releases that’s why I don’t see support fading away quickly and the single dropping as it’s more than a fan hit.

I think still seeing at number 2 on itunes is a positive sign it could climb next week, the next few streaming updates will probably give us a good indication of how things may looks next Friday.

It's growing everywhere and just added to Hot Hits.

Yes Tina and some new songs will give extra completion etc but it has started just as well this week as last, if not better and has now gone to radio playlists, streaming playlists.

We all need to keep doing our 10 streams a day and watching the video still to gain those sales.

Plus it's her birthday! Expect media attention galore

I think she’s coming at very least for 15k streams and 1k downloads, which is more than enough to get to top-20. And yes, we have Taylor + J-Hus + Dua this week, but also the three ESC tracks will fall out, two of which are in the top-20.
I think a climb is inevitable with how its performing on streaming! I'm feeling confident about Top 20.
