June 4, 20233 yr I’m guessing they don’t want to contribute to it gaining any more steam I don't think they're thinking in this much detail. It's not deliberate sabotage, it's just choosing not to support. I don't agree with it but let's not create narratives based on nothing. To be fair, Radio 1 have played it on both the actual chart shows so far (and I'd expect them to again this week), First Look is often the more questionable one when it comes to which songs get a play and which don't, I wouldn't look into it.

Radio 1 I know are against older female acts but I am still very shocked they didnt play the number 6 song... seems very odd even for a station that doesnt support her. Lets get Kylie higher and force first look charts to play her next week. Just Carol Honey ❤️

Seems like a very deliberate choice considering they’re fully aware of the backlash they’re about to receive on social media! They’re just so stubborn on this
