i thought it would.

Spotify streaming was ok so i guess other streaming sites would be. Plus the BTS youtube video and a few downloads and EP downloads + juno downloads.

Oh wow im very happy with that midweek as part of me wasnt even expecting top 100.

i think the Chromeo remix would be the one for Kylie fans to download and get it higher on itunes than its peak of 37 lol.

Hope it can hold on especially as there still is some decent streaming sales alongside the remix downloads.

Pity cos I think it could have got at least 2k if downloads this week if it has been supported and would have been top 40 on Monday which would have encouraged people even more!

At this point if it gets another week top 100 the remixes have done their job for me.

Sunday never a good day for Kylie on Spotify

It ended up at #97 the other week after starting out at #66, so I'm hopeful it can grab another week!

Remixes promoted on Kylie’s insta story - I feel like this is the most her team have chased a remix/highlighted it’s available.

Downloads struggling so it's up to streaming to keep it top 100, not sure it will be enough sadly. They could release a remix video

I’m passive streaming all of her Tension era mixes and the album when I’m not using Spotify….think it’ll hold on because the combined streaming Inc YouTube is decent, hence why it had a six week chart run already.

 

We just need the Chromeo mix to stay higher and ideally pull a SMFF Joe Stone and take off properly for a few weeks.

 

Agree, download sales are low they should just make them all 59p but keep the album price at £2.99….encourage more fans to multi buy and casual fans to download.

 

They must be saving the extended mix for the Extension release!

So many artists release their remixes at 59p - at this stage in the game of the singles life they are mad not to have done the same, most people will opt for the £2.99 EP (Hence why it’s still Top 20 on the iTunes album chart) which only counts as 1 sale.

I think they thought they may get a lot more downloads this week...hence the push.

 

They still got time to offer it cheaper tomorrow and Thursday or drop something else like a remix video to grab some streams

 

They could easily drop all versions, dubs, extended, remixes, etc for 59p and push the song again. I suppose it could be easier to keep off ACR a few more weeks ?

 

I am sure they have plans

^^ Maybe, I’d be surprised if they tried anything further though - remixes and BTS videos only really appeal to core fans so most will have either bought or streamed already that wanted to.

 

Good that it’s going to hopefully clock up a further week in the charts so the remixes have done their job.
