well yes i am not forcing anyone to do anything. I am just giving ideas to support a song, the remixers and maybe a chart position or two or simply just some streaming numbers . Some of those album tracks are barely getting 10,000 streams a day on Spotify thats really low. Even if 1000 Kylie fans worldwide streamed it 10 times a day thats 10,000 streams done already. It can help and boost some of those songs, some of those remixers who are trying to increase their streaming numbers and commissions etc

Everything adds up, streaming platforms, video watching etc.

People can do what they want, but don't say you helped or contributed if you didn't lol.

Put some of this energy into steaming fellow Australian Troye Sivan who’s on the verge of top 10 with One of Your Girls!

I said in the Troye thread he’s never been on my radar (I don’t think I could name a song by him) but I’m OBSESSED with OOYG - I can’t stop listening to it, I hope it’s a long running smash.

(He also stans Kylie too  ).

I can testify that he has a largely fantastic back catalogue just waiting to be discovered! *.*

‘Bloom’ seems to be the album everyone talks about - should I start with that?

Shall we change the title of the thread?

The fans were here for this the first fortnight and streamed/bought all formats, hence why we got it in top 20. But then it went flat because literally nothing was happening. No performances or promo. Thank god for radio being so supportive this era as they helped keep it top 100 for weeks.

Why didn't they put the behind the scenes featurette up earlier to push video views? Why didn't they put the extended version of Tension up on streaming once the CD singles had sold out?

Personally, I've bought all the remixes from Juno and I will stream them when I feel like it. That's all they can ask of the fans at this point.

^^ They also waited for it to exit the Top 100 before releasing them, I mean if you have multiple remixes ready to go at least try and extend the chart life.

Anyway, as I said before I’m pleased we have them and I’ve added them to my Kylie playlist to enjoy as and when.

Exactly. I resent that implication because you'd be hard pushed to find many people who've supported her as much as I have with every damn release anyway!

 i mean't the Tension remixes lol, not the album

They should've released one of the remixes in week 2, especially as she was only something like <300 copies away from a second top 40 week.

Doubt they were ready to be honest.....

I honestly think they thought the Album streaming would be higher and that would be enough for Tension single

But as we can see their approach to PP and Tension completely different, so probably trying different streategies. Lets be honest its week 8 of Tension single and its still doing well over 100,000 Spotify streams a day. Thats crazy for Kylie if you look at Disco and Golden

Well BMG are certainly pushing the remixes - Kylie mailing list mail out, I’ve had multiple ads across social media plus 2 x posts on Kylie’s socials, let’s hope they engage some curiosity streams and/or helps a few people to discover the album.
Wonder if we will get a remix physical this week or next?

No, because there’s already been 3!

Sorry for the late response! I'd probably recommend going backwards and starting with his most recent album (Something to Give Each Other, followed by In a Dream EP, Bloom, Blue Neighbourhood, TRXYE EP). But equally if Bloom intrigues you it's a great place to start: My My My!, Bloom and Plum in particular are bops *.* )

Just to keep things on topic... I may buy the Tension remixes this afternoon, now that I'm on the computer

Blue Neighbourhood is in my top 5 albums ever. Love the EPs, love Angel Baby. I get so emotional over Talk me down. Bloom is actually my least liked but still think it’s great. In my opinion he can’t do anything wrong. I just wish the blue neighbourhood singles got the love the current ones are.

 I absolutely love him, he pretty much always delivers. 'Wild', 'Youth, 'Talk Me Down' and 'Lucky Strike' are particular key favourites out of his whole discography.

To bring the two worlds together, Kylie once did a cover of his song 'Cool'

Can anyone with desktop Spotify give me all the remix first day streams

These remixes are euphoric.

This song just keeps growing on me

I really hope they put this on the Royal Albert Hall Audiecne with.

Not sure it lends itself to the acoustics and small nature of the venue, but deserves its moment. And being album title it's vital to be included
