As Voodoo alluded to, it appears that our girls have a label now! They still own the rights to the music but have BMG onboard according to the Spotify credits

BMG is home to a number of artists including Kylie. Do we think this is a good move for the babes?

Very good ! They promote well!

That’s great to hear. Whit & Matt have done epic so far. Amazing to think what they could achieve with label backing

BMG is a good label, I think they treat artists the best and really know the drill how to sell the physical albums!
And the girls would in no way sign if they had no creative control, so it sounds like it's a mutual sign on respect and understanding what the Sugababes are.
They've been around as a label ages and Kylie is usually pretty astute with choices. Sure its a decent decision!
BMG have shown what they can deliver for physical selling artists - Kylie (3 x Top 40 singles, 3 x #1 albums), Rick Astley (3 x Top 10), Louis Tomlinson (#1), Steps (Top 40 single, 2 x Top 3 albums), Rita Ora (1 x Top 10), KSI (9 x Top 40 singles, 2 x Top 2 albums), Craig David, JLS, McFly, Natalie Imbruglia, 5SOS and JLO and Agnetha have just signed with them too, seems like the perfect home for Sugababes.
They have an impressive track record and from what I heard they really take care of their artists. Unlike Polydor which seems like a toxic label.

Everything I’ve read from what y’all have been saying just makes me so excited. Worried for the health of my bank account, but excited nonetheless

They’ve worked insanely hard to rebuild and clearly BMG has seen their potential here. If this is what they can do on their own, imagine what they will do with label support

Steps were not signed to BMG when they released Scared of the dark which was their top 40 single, they did it independently. Also they have had three top 2 albums with BMG not two top 3 (including one #1). Tears again was released independently for their fourth top 2 since their return. :P

Steps have released 2 albums with BMG, the Platinum Collection was released by Sony, probably because they own most of the material :)
