Wow wasn’t expecting a top 10 finish lol. My highest Bjsc related position by a long shot (my only other qualifier was 38th in a bjsc last year ) this has been great fun and I’ve loved taking part and listening to some instrumentals I wouldn’t usually listen to!!

Thanks to our host and all who voted for Laura Palmer's Theme - a fine piece of music! And of course congrats to the medalists!

I completely missed the results and honestly it was for the best considering y’all would have gotten four pages of bitching and moaning :drama: not that I expected it to do well lol, maybe I should sit out the next spin-off

 

or maybe Instrumentals are just not my thing, the only ones I did well on were in Club Bizarre and in BJSC five years ago but other than that ‍♂️

Also I’m just getting pounded this spoopy season :cry: after FLØRE straight up bombed and this spin-off not being a redemption moment I’m highly expecting my next few spoopy entries to do the same

Oh wow!!! *.* typing on my phone so limited but if there’s any spin off I would most like to have won, it’s definitely this one so that’s a great honour and makes up for my near miss in the first one! I actually have grown to prefer this to my last Anoice entry and pleased I got a chance to share it, thank you all for the votes, especially the five 12s! <3

 

Excellent to see my top 2 up there on the podium too, and most of the top 10 were either in my votes or just outside so that’s wonderful, of course most here were pretty excellent as this spin off usually is, thanks Noche for reviving it and hosting so well!

Could have been better but thank you to the voters who did swing my way, been stuck with wanting to send this rather unique track somewhere for a while and this was perfect for it.

 

Congratulations Chez, that is a great top 5 (+ Jupiterdonia), very well done all round everyone.

Reasonable enough return for me, wasn't expecting anything particularly good for Badlands on Fire, just thought I'd send it as it's something I've been enjoying recently.

Very happy with 5th, especially considering it was a last minute entry. I love instrumental music so I’m a little bit annoyed with myself for leaving confirmation so late and not having time to find something more obscure - although hopefully an album track wasn’t anywhere near as well known as their singles.

Yay pretty happy with 6th! Shame Scotland 2 didn't end up higher, but a decent outcome generally. Congrats Chez on the win and thanks NocheLuna for hosting!

Yikes at that result for my entry. I thought synthwave was normally a pretty safe play and seeing that the other synthwave entry finished in 6th leaves me a bit baffled as to why my entry didn't connect. Had this contest not appeared this likely would have been my BJSC 149 entry so good job it wasn't or else that woudl have likely ended my qualifying streak.

 

Many congrats to Chez for another win but ngl that song was one of my least favourites of the whole contest oops. Says was the only song I voted for which ended up in the top 5 and I'm not sure whether it just connected with me better this time, or that the pool of entries was much stronger in its CB contest, but I'm pretty sure I didn't point it in CB so a definite grower.
