October 29, 20232 yr This question has probably been asked elsewhere, so apologies but I haven’t found the answer: Does anybody knoww whether the ’Taylor’s versions’ and original versions of Taylor Swift songs are combined for singles chart purposes? Generally all recordings of a song are combined, but there may be some special reason why they aren’t. I assumed they would be, but someone elsewhere made a comment that implied they wouldn’t.

October 29, 20232 yr Yes, Taylor hadn't put her music onto Spotify at the time and the 1989 singles suffered as a result (notably Style and Wildest Dreams).
October 29, 20232 yr Think it will be close to see if she does get the #1 single Cause they are all down to about the same level as Strangers/Prada now and I imagine they will keep declining as the week goes on
