Debut album from Caity Baser, including X&Y, Pretty Boys and Why Can't I Have Two? (2468) as well as brand new single I Love Making Bad Boys Cry, out 15th March 2024.

1 I'm a Problem

2 The Plot

3 Showgirl

4 Pretty Boys

5 I Love Making Bad Boys Cry

6 Why Can't I Have Two? (2468)

7 X&Y

8 Everything Everywhere All At Once

9 Bicker

10 Grow Up

11 Oh Well

12 Choose Me

13 I'll Be Here for You

She's quite inconsistent for me, but the fact she's chosen her best three singles to be on the album has me feeling optimistic this will be a great body of work!

I don't think this is actually being billed as her debut album, press articles are referring to it as another "mixtape" like 2021's 'Lil CB'.
The way she announced this album was kind of off to me, making it seem like she had some troubles / Personal issues just to be an album reveal was ....odd/didn't feel right imo.
What was wrong with “ Hey everyone! I have some exciting news to share, but I can't tell you much about it just yet. I'll keep you posted and let you know as soon as I can :magic:”

Should have had her Campbell/Alcemist Would You... remix as a bonus track on the album, she does a good vocal impersonation of Paloma on the chorus!

Had fun on rave.dj with that song mixed with punk/new wave classic '2468 Motorway'!

I thought she was already over after Dance About It flopped but good to see she's still making a fist of it. Way to many cringey song titles and lyrics in general though, that's oughta stop.
Dance Around It has 13 million streams, which is good. Caity is only 21, so she has plenty of time to grow as an artist.

I dunno, I can still see her being equally juvenile at 30. It's her whole shtick.

This is out now and currently on track for top 3 in the albums! It’s a solid mixtape, but the highlights are easily the singles oop. I do like it but a lot of the songs blend into one for me, I do like her personality and style but I hope she mixes it up a bit in future!

She was also on it with the sales, they had limited edition cds for a fiver which was smart, ones with a L plate spray painted, one with a P plate spray painted and also some that looked like parking tickets! This is defo helping plus she’s on it on social media and doing a bunch of signings! Hope it can stay top 3 by Friday, though ideally Kacey Musgraves will stay ahead as I like kaceys album more this week
