Always loved this version. Thought it was a decent cover of an already great song
Another great upgrade  I wonder when the EP is coming?

Digital EP is out tomorrow including first time to digital for the two remixes and the What Will The Neighbours Say album medley:

I like that these are all getting digital releases now.

Looking forward to when some of the later era EP’s are released and we get those b-sides with them.

Would love Kylie to come something similar. I’d love her eras b-sides from 2000-2004 get the streaming treatment.

There's a rumour that Girls Aloud will be releasing I'll Stand By You (Sarah's Version) and tied in with Children in Need, but maybe something to take with a pinch of salt for the time being. It would be very nice if that's true!

Omg this is amazing 🥹 really hope it does well, they need to release physical versions!

This year marks the 20th anniversary of our BBC @bbccin single ‘I’ll Stand By You’. To celebrate and honour our amazing Sarah, we’re releasing a brand-new studio version of the track once again in support of BBC’s @bbccin. ‘I’ll Stand By You (Sarah’s Version)’ features Sarah on lead vocal throughout using vocals we discovered in the Girls Aloud vault from the original recording sessions. The track played a key part in our ‘The Girls Aloud Show’ arena tour this summer and was an emotional moment for us all 🎙

Listen to @bbcradio2 for the first play of the new studio version this morning at 9.15am GMT 📻

Download from 15th November 2024 in support of Children in Need 🧸

For some reason I thought there was a studio version with different Sarah vocals I had already heard this year on the What Will The Neighbours Say? re-release, but maybe it was just on tour I heard those. Did the Electronic or TV versions use any of her different vocals?

It's a really nice touch either way, I hope people support it and it can chart somewhere.

It sounds absolutely beautiful, heard it on Radio 2 earlier sounds even more lead by Sarah than I’d realised at the tour
