First single to come from Barbadian singer Shontelle in 'T Shirt' slumps out in 8th. It was first serviced to Radio in July 08 but got an official release and impacted the charts here in February 09. It peaked at 6 and comes off her debut album Shontelligence . She'd have 3 top 40 singles over here but her other top 10 came a year later and we all know which one that was!

I can see why 'Hey Mama' might be seen as a bit naff but I have nostalgia for it (and it's definitely still better than the shite they're putting out these days) so I allow it x

 

Swapping to Delta now, I gave the iTunes preview a quick listen to remind myself of it as it's not one I know very well (also did for 'Shiver') and it sounds ok but definitely the weak link of what's left.
