March 16, 20242 yr Author I haven't been notified of any yet, but will send DMs to affected nations and post the vetoed entries here as soon as I get them x
March 16, 20242 yr I think I'll give this one a miss, a bit too busy with uni work to commit. I'll be back for my 50th next month!
March 16, 20242 yr Author That's understandable Whoddy x Hope you get on well with uni work and come back next month ;)
March 16, 20242 yr I went to grab the YouTube link for what I decided on entering and then ended up with something entirely different instead.

March 16, 20242 yr Author Just under 4 hours left to go before the deadline! Here are the nations that participated last month and have not yet confirmed (bar Wholune): Quintessa Republic of Adonia Thelonia Hope to see you all back!
March 16, 20242 yr Effortless seems to be the big fan favourite of the most famous Eurovision national final (Sanremo aside I guess), I think that is a completely fair veto.  Amazing pop track though. Arintintin is a very big sounding track, wow at it racking up that many points though :o
March 16, 20242 yr Author I have yet to go through Melodifestivalen but in terms of hype Effortless gets a LOT :o Shame I wouldn't be able to put Effortless gifs and memes during the contest :( I also heard Arintintin during my NMF listenthrough and it does sound pretty big though I think it didn't make my list for second listen ultimately. Apologies for not clocking BENNETT's entry sooner x
March 16, 20242 yr Whoever tried Arintitin can go for the original Mighty Dub Katz - Magic Carpet Ride ;)  Big European dance hit in 90’s (I have no idea if it ever charted in UK though)!!!
March 16, 20242 yr oooh Effortless is a bop, I only found it today via my blend playlist with Cameron but an instant save
March 16, 20242 yr Finally confirmed - was stuck between a few options but decided to go for another Spanish-language bop. I really really appreciate all the support that 'COLMILLO' got last month by the way!! I didn't get the chance to say anything about it last contest. ik I'm often late to vote/don't vote but this was one time I really was determined to before the flu killed my brain cells for the voting period :arrr: Edited March 16, 20242 yr by Math!
March 16, 20242 yr Arintintin is a bop I was tempted to switch to something else but I've held off. But if I do it next month it's going to be a drastic genre shift :P
March 17, 20242 yr Author Just squeezing through in the nick of time, we welcome back the 10th nation...Â
March 17, 20242 yr Just squeezing through in the nick of time, we welcome back the 10th nation... It’s certainly been a while… 😈
March 17, 20242 yr Author Certainly indeed! I think you're coming back after an 11-edition break :o Thank you for confirming! :wub:Â We are currently sitting on 64 entries right now. You can still sneak in an entry if you like, just not like very late in the afternoon x Will be quick to let you know if there is a second round of vetoes, and hope we'll get everything set for the semi-final 1 reveal show on Monday! :cheer:
