2009 time now and the year saw three girl-groups standout: The Saturdays followed up their #9 debut with another #9 album - preceded by the pop-rock Forever Is Over (I completely forgot this was co-written by James from Busted!). The Veronicas scored their first top 10 hit with UK debut 'Untouched' - this has aged very well over time imo. Last but not least, the Pussycat Dolls released an EP as a follow-on from their second album, featuring the soundtrack to box office smash Slumdog Millionaire and an interpolation of 'I Will Survive'.

Wordshaker was definitely a moment for me when it was released - my friend often tells me it's one of her main memories of me (dancing and singing songs loudly!)

That being said 'Untouched' is also a big song for me.

So went with:
