July 27, 2024Jul 27 Like several tracks from that last two there. 'Far Far Away' and 'My Oh My' are both great from Slade. 'Maybe Tomorrow', 'Dakota', 'Pick A Part That's New' and 'Mr Writer' my faves from the Phonics.
July 27, 2024Jul 27 That makes Jay our only voter not to lose an act yet! I’ve finally been catching up on the thread and it amused me that this ended up being the case! Jonas Brothers being the most obscure group in my votes :cheeseblock: There’s certainly quite a few artists that have been revealed that I like, but didn’t vote for / overlooked!
July 27, 2024Jul 27 Both stereophonics and supergrass have some great songs but unfortunately missed out on points from me.
July 27, 2024Jul 27 I gave Stereophonics 5 points in 2020 but zero this time. It's a great group imo and my fave of theirs is still Handbags and Gladrags. :D If I'm not mistaken, I've lost only 6 groups.
July 27, 2024Jul 27 I knew it that Pete would give Envy a lot of points! Underrated duo, as underrated as fellow Norwegians Madcon.
July 27, 2024Jul 27 Author It's been a while since anyone lost their 30 pointer........Someone will tomorrow.....
July 27, 2024Jul 27 I'm thinking that it might be me who loses their 30 pointer tomorrow. I keep expecting them to drop out every post, especially with how low a certain other band finished. Plus I haven't lost anyone since the voters chart was announced and I was second bottom. It's been 2 weeks since then so it definitely feels time for me to lose some more.
July 27, 2024Jul 27 I knew it that Pete would give Envy a lot of points! Underrated duo, as underrated as fellow Norwegians Madcon. You know me well! Fantastic act.

July 28, 2024Jul 28 Hoping for at least a top 100 finish for my 30 pointer! No real losses there for me.
July 28, 2024Jul 28 Poor Lewis could feel it coming! I didn’t find space for them but Tears For Fears.
July 28, 2024Jul 28 No huge losses for me either here although I randomly saw Tears For Fears live a few years ago for free and they were pretty good Blackpink with a big rise, don’t mind them but shocked to see em so high
July 28, 2024Jul 28 I knew it! I'm surprised that they've ended up this much higher than BTS but I'm not complaining. I'm hoping my 3rd place group has done enough to finish in the top 100 but wouldn't be too shocked to see them fall out soon too.

July 29, 2024Jul 29 The Kinks are obviously a seminal band and they have plenty of highlights in their discography. Placebo were pretty good for the most part, 'Every You Every Me' is still an absolute 11/10 gem for me  Honeyz released some decent singles in their relatively short lifetime, definitely one of the better girl bands of that era.
