Honestly Shrek isn't that bad but Fiona and Donkey look horrific. Also if Zendaya is meant to be the daughter, she originally had blue eyes? I think they'll need to do another draft of the animation b

Nothing will beat Shrek 2, one of the rare occasions where a sequel has been better, I think this will have enough momentum behind it to do well. I bloody love Shrek though so I'm buzzing for this

Booo the original date would have been an early bday present for me. Now it can be an early xmas present I guess (that I have to share!)

This is going to be insanely huge. But they've given the animation a huge shake up... which I don't understand why. They've given it the 'Trolls' makeover. It's pretty jarring and will need some adjusting to for most people I think.

Looks cute. I just hope it's good. I've liked all 4 so far, although yes 1-2 are on another level

I've seen a LOT of people complain about the new animation style, and Zendaya being in the film.

Honestly Shrek isn't that bad but Fiona and Donkey look horrific. Also if Zendaya is meant to be the daughter, she originally had blue eyes? I think they'll need to do another draft of the animation before release, it worked with Sonic apparently so surely Shrek deserves better too x

I'm hoping it's not a typical "rebellious teenage daughter can't see eye to eye with her father so they go on a quest to bond with each other again" sort of plot. Shrek is so good because it was unique for it's time, we don't need another film if it's not going to be anything special.

I wonder if that is due to backlash over the look of the film? I have to say I found Fiona and Donkey really jarring! Why mess around with the animation when there was nothing wrong with it in the first place?
