This is the first time 'I Can Do It With A Broken Heart' has been ahead of 'Fortnight' on Spotify I presume? Interested to see if it'll actually manage to get any higher on the chart as a 'single' than it did as an album track, I guess this is a good start x

 

(I'm sure the label will make sure it's reset even if it is set to go to ACR after this week)

 

two of the credits on that Adam Port song don’t appear to be actual performers of the song either so I wouldn’t count it

I was trying to figure out who/what 'Orso' is for ages the other week and was finding nothing! (But did eventually stumble across a link to their Instagram in the Dance forum to solve the mystery x)

 

Just checked and their Spotify profile has been filled out a little more now, it was completely blank when I first checked. This is still the only song they're credited on that's on Spotify, even though as far as I can tell the other member had nothing to do with the song.

 

(Also noticed that weirdly the 'album artists' for the single on Spotify are just Orso and Malachiii, the Adam Port erasure)

Also Charli's "360" reaching a new peak *_* It's been rising really well in the US too (new peak of #47 there), so hoping that may have a positive effect in the UK. Would love it if we see "360" top 20 in the near future. With a possibly large clear out due to ACR it may not be long!

 

Edit: Just noticed "Birds of a Feather" has also climbed to #8 on Amazon after sitting around the ~#20 mark for a while and is also up to #6 on Apple Music where it was sitting around #10 for a while. I'm pretty sure it should have a decent increase this week to avoid ACR. That should mean it'll get a new peak in the chart next week with Eminem's 2nd week drop + "Bar Song (Tipsy)" & "Espresso" likely going to ACR (both are down week on week on spotify every day so far).

Chappell and Charli songs rising we love to see it
We could yet see “Please Please Please” returning to #1 next week as “Espresso” succumbs to ACR, completing the extraordinary Sabrina flip flop. “Birds Of A Feather” over performs on Spotify so would need to be further ahead of “Please Please Me” than that to contend, unless Billie whips out the cassettes.
