lol how on Earth did Harvey and Kathy not notice Cindy stood there bold as brass?

  • Look who reunited in real life this week! 😍 Apparently Shane Richie and Steve McFadden were there as well so a mini EE reunion in general.

Tonight's episode was fantastic. I was totally engaged all the way through, to the point I didn't even think I was watching people act. Uncomfortable viewing at times, but realistically so. I complete

I’m enjoying but not loving most of the storylines at the moment. I do like the Agatha Christie vibes of the Who Attacked Cindy storyline and I think the Reiss storyline could get interesting once he’s caught out (already stepping up a notch in tonight’s episode). The one (or rather two) storyline I can say I really love is Phil’s loneliness and Nigel’s dementia, I think that’s going to be a really tough watch in the months to come and I just adore Yolande’s involvement. She really has captured the spirit of Dot but in a way that feels totally natural and Angela is a really impressive, instinctive actress.

It's clearly Kojo

They want Nicola to be the next Peggy, but I don't see it.

100% THIS

Queen Brenda strikes again! But oh my lord there hasn't been a single normal day of Sonia's trial

P.S. Bored of Callum and Ben still being a thing

I do think they are keeping Callum and Ben together off screen for a reason which is more than likely that they will re cast Ben, Callum has become a forgotten character since Ben left.
I had such hopes for Callum and Jonny getting together. Far too obvious though.
Gof Reis is so shockingly guilty, and yet no one bats an eye. Come on, people - if it wasn't Sobia, and y'all have been convinced of her innocence sinxe day one, then who else could it be? Who else has motive? Remember, Penny found his phone at the club. She can undo his ENTIRE alibi with a single sentence... and Sonia is family.
Love Brenda screeching like a lunatic and Sonia just no longer giving a shit.

They have nothing in common. Cslum is better with Ben.

Much better with Ben but how long will the scriptwriters keep the off screen romance alive.
It's weeks since they touched on the storyline so it must be allocated to the next cycle coming.

Yeah the pacing of that storyline Kat/ Tommy has been odd - i'm guessing block filming hasn't helped. The last time we saw Tommy was on Christmas day and was actually laughing/ smiling with Kat - which given everything seemed a bit of a leap.

EastEnders feels all over the place at the moment though. The Reiss storyline is just killing it for me; probably not helped by Patsy Palmer having like 3 months on/ 3 months off at a time. Its just made the whole thing so disjointed... but Reiss himself is just not a captivating or interesting character

Emmerdale has actually been better - which isn't something I ever though i'd say given the last few years output of that. But the Ruby storyline, Joe returning and a few other storylines are actually coming together well.

EE feels like its a dropped the ball in 2025 so far.

It feels like it’s just waiting for the anniversary-but the stories just aren’t that interesting.

Far too much Anna in tonight's episode, it felt like she was shoehorned into every scene! Speaking of shoehorning, not Chappell Roan (or Run as it sounded) in Billy and Honey's playlist, wonder which song they went with :kink:

Would it be daft to put Freddie in contention for some form of involvement in Cindy's attack (or the brick throw), he was VERY shifty tonight in that scene in the market with Anna.

Also which writer doesn't know how schools work in that there aren't endless inset days in term time?

Freddie is just a lost character at the moment and has been since his return, pitty really as he was showing great potential and the NTA win i thought would result in him getting some form of a storyline again for himself.

Kojo, Gina covering for him, and it couldn't be more obvious

Reis is obviously guilty too, and no one bats an eye!

Nah I really don't think it's Kojo or any of the suspects we're being told it's between. EastEnders pretty much always uses them as red herrings with things like this and pluck someone out from left field. I guess the six storyline being the exception. Freddie isn't a bad shout, we've seen before he's willing to whack someone over the head in the name of protecting someone.
