I just can’t fathom any of this I mean Zoe just finding out about Jasmine and it being all fine would be boring but at least I could see why Michelle might find that to be a good script or would enjoy the storyline, and it moves her plot along at least. She must have been held at gunpoint to say anything positive about these episodes.

Any explanstion on why Chrissie Watts used Jasmine to target Cindy, or why she had to hide her name from Cindy then, oorrrrr??

A flashforward for new year as well??? I can't be arsed with the same old Max stuff, I was interested in him coming back to see his dynamic with Oscar, his grandkids and now Annie as well but that doesn't seem to be on the cards.

Why do I feel like Anthony just got up and walked away or something 😅 I was half expecting a Paul return with him being the father because Zoe hasn't actually said that Anthony is the dad, he's just assuming. The way they mentioned Paul beforehand and showing photos of all the dead folk at the beginning foreshadowed that (so I thought) but then again EE and their continuity hasnt been a thing recently 🤷🏼‍♀️

There's so many Jasmine question marks, why was her NI number fake? Why was she obsessed with Cindy? Why did she just tell this random woman who's just done 20 years in prison for murder that this other woman she's never met before is her birth mum, like???

With Anthony gone I wonder are we going to get more on what really happened with his wife.

As it didnt show the zoe anthony passing out/dying scene I wonder does it mean there is a twist otherwise it means it's an exit for Zoe I think.

Maybe michelle only came back for a few months but if she goes I won't really miss her plus her and ksts story kinda concluded tonight when she called Kat mum.

It's all just being written and produced for TikTok and X to try and get that "viral moment", pandering to people online who complain about the show. They've got this so wrong and it's a huge shame.

That’s right that Zoe still hasn’t confirmed who the father is. How awful will this outcome be if it turns out it wasn’t even Anthony?

There has been no reason at all given for why Zoe didn’t just tell Anthony about this at all over last 20 years? Yes, they changed him into a creep but that wasn’t Zoe’s perspective until the last week or so.

Not only do they invest an offscreen bunk up no one asked for but they haven’t even delved into why Zoe couldn’t have just gone to him for any help back then or indeed since.

And no reason has been given at all for Jasmine’s initial shiftiness. Why did she need fake details and NI numbers? No one in possession of that information could have linked her to Zoe at all?

As for Cindy, it was obvious that the Jasmine stuff linked to her would never be mentioned again. Apart from Cindy’s quick ‘oh I’m not in danger after all!’

And if Chrissie turned up in person at the hospital, it’s amazing Kat, Alfie or Stacey didn’t see or recognise her.

Yea the more I think about it the more plot holes I remember, I just don't know how there's a way to pull it back now. Maybe Sophie and the kids come for Anthony's funeral (assuming he is dead) and we at least get answers for why she had a restraining order against him then. I'm just presuming it was her he was on the phone to when he said don't tell dad or whatever if it's not a secretly alive Paul.

It is a real shame as despite Michelle Ryan's limited acting ability there was so much potential with having Zoe return, it could have gone so so differently and actually been the level of iconic they wanted. The Slaters are my favourite family, they have some of the best actresses as well yet they've basically just wiped it out.

I feel like the thought up having Zoe, Sam and Chrissie in the Vic together at Christmas and then worked backwards on the storyline from there.

Ok even though it’s no more ridiculous than anything else that’s happened, they’re not really trying to convince us that Chrissie killed Anthony? This must be one of their weak misdirections. How would Chrissie have gotten upstairs in the Vic without anyone noticing her? A good portion of the patrons would have recognised her as well, especially Vicki not to mention Kat and Alfie.

Maybe I’m reading too much into this but Jasmine has just said that she started the fire but it was Chrissie’s idea. Is this the same? Did Jasmine actually kill Anthony?

I mean they keep saying how busy the pub was, I suppose she could have blended in with the crowds, Zoe was unconscious as well so it's plausible it was Chrissy but yawn

Well they're already hyping up Abi (nope, not calling her AJ yet, it still doesn't sit right) to be a little brat which I don't think I like? I guess having Max as a grandparent is enough to tip anyone over the edge x
