February 11Feb 11 I don’t see why they couldn’t recast Jay or something, like maybe have him live near but not on screen, he would never have just upped and left Lexi like that?!

February 11Feb 11 The Lexi set up is irritating now. They killed Lola off in order to give Ballum a full time child and then tha didn’t work out when they had to axe Ben, and then Jay. They’re clearly waiting for it to be safe to bring Ben back full time otherwise why bother hang on the Callum? And Lexi is a little too old now for the childish character they’re still having her play. It’s not really cute anymore seeing her rudely boss people around and then turn on the waterworks.

If I was her I'd be flying off the handleReady for Lexi’s Abi era Writing them out would have been simplest to be fair, it’s not like they really use Lexi’s connection to the Mitchells anyway. They could always move away to be closer to Jay and Ben for Lexi, neither character is needed. The looming threat of Ben returning for Lexi is an even worse prognosis.

Saturday at 22:445 days Grant is returning again which makes sense.I can’t be arsed seeing him interact with Mark but I’d like to see him with Nigel again. His scenes with Nigel and Bianca last year were absolute highlights.
Sunday at 01:334 days Turning Mark into a replacement Grant makes even less sense now, it would be much more interesting and a sense of conflict for Mark to be different and struggle to connect with him or live up to what he wants.
