Well done John on today's 39 and glad you got back home before all that flight disruption, if you had to stop in Dubai.

Round 1: 27 Barry Blue, En Vogue, The Four Tops

Round 2: 33 Transvision Vamp, Louise

3 in 10: 3 Pipes Of Peace, Goodnight Tonight, Once Upon A Long Ago

Thanks Rollo, I went via Singapore (nostalgia time revisiting childhood haunts, sipping Singapore Sling in Raffles etc) - just as well as 4 of our group are still stuck in Dubai, 6 in Sydney, 2 in Bali as all opted for Dubai route! Singapore bunch all seem to have been OK flying over the Stans and Jans 👍Tour operator busy trying to find alternatives, that said there are worse places to be stranded than an extra week in Sydney and Bali - though it is pissing with rain currently. Macca's solo repertoire is so huge none of us overlapped on the songs! Must be a first! Poor forgotten Barry Blue - a hit when our NZ tour guide and myself were both doing O levels in Gloucester. I think Ken must have known somehow for my return to the UK...😄

Thanks Jade, and one-off the full marks both is pretty fine! Foreigner not having a lot of other hits it seems! Feels Like The First Time and Urgent are the only others that spring to mind!

round 1: 36 got Street but forgot Spirit. As it was Radiohead I give myself a well done for that! They just got bottom rung in the 8 rate oops.

round 2: 36 Yes one word wrong tch

Thanks, and well done everyone on getting 39 on round 2 today.

Round 1: 36 The Road (I thought it was The Line but that was The Traveling Wilburys)

Round 2: 39 💥

3 in 10: 3 Whole Lotta History, Sound Of The Underground, I'll Stand By You

We all picked different Girls Aloud songs

Round 1: 30 Sun, the year, What's Up (that's not the first time I answered 'What's Going On', I must remember it's called What's Up)

Round 2: 24 REM or David Gray, Strong Enough (not Love Enough), the year, Captain & Tennille

3 in 10: 3 Chance, Wonderland, In A Big Country

Well done both for the recent 39s, jumping back in today:

Round 1: 36 (didn't get: Aretha Franklin)

Round 2: 27 (didn't get: The Chiffons, Lynsey de Paul, Stevie Wonder)

3-in-10: 3 (Love Shack, (Meet) The Flintstones, Rock Lobster)

Fashionably late today though caught a bit of TTTT in the car.

round 1: 33 Pierson not Pierce, tch.

round 2: 39

tie breakers: yes

3 in 10: Love Shack, Roam, Rock Lobster

snap with Cher song friday Rollo, and just Aretha short of 39 Jade. Spanish Harlem is a cracking cover worth hearing in a period when she was otherwise releasing a lot of (good) ballads.
