Are you referring to the UK Official Albums Top 200 Chart? I received the UK Chartsplus Top 200 Albums and it didn't re-enter the chart this past week.

In your eyes doing better than i was thinking it did, overall though its disappointing her streams are so poor.

  • 10 months later...

My only frustration with BMG is why they wouldn’t want to promote this release now - it’s the perfect time when people are looking for greatest hits after the Netflix show.

For little effort and cost - a few adverts on socials ala ‘You’ve seen the documentary now relive the hits’ and tacking PP and Tension onto the streaming version.

I know they are not a traditional label but most labels take every advantage to increase streaming/sales around moments like this.

Yes it's definitely a time they should have pushed it and maybe a good time to add extras to the digital version to help.

BMG may push the Tension Tour Netflix more

i am actually suprised she is not doing any big TV show to push this but maybe she will, not sure if anything is on in UK at moment that she could do? You would think a big US Chat show might invite her etc?

The good thing these are here to stay on Netflix

Its up to Spotify etc to get more songs on big playlists

I’m getting adverts for individual songs when scrolling instagram. Had the first three Fever singles so far.

Her entire catalogue has increased… songs featured/ mentioned moreso.

Great to see and hopefully it continues long term.

I was going to say isnt that starnge when its discontinued but there mnust be a few copies lying around but for a casual you would think they would go for step back in time.

They are being sold by a 3rd party rather than Amazon so not even sure if they are counted towards the charts - and like I always say, they should have called ‘SBIT - Greatest Hits’ as the current title dosent give it any exposure when people search for Kylie GH.

Hopefully this week it’ll rechart as streams across the board are up.

Ya that's the chart I was referring too, thanks for the update but hopefully it's there this week.

Doubt it will but we can hope. It's not in Spotify or Apple Music streaming charts and I doubt many are buying a physical copy.

^^ I’m hoping there is a big enough increase in individual track streams that will count towards the album.

However, not exactly excited at the prospect of it re-entering at #196, would be moreso if it was returning to the Top 100.
