Biography

Jade Amelia Thirlwall (born 26 December 1992) is an English singer. Born and raised in South Shields, Tyne and Wear, she rose prominence as a member of the girl group Little Mix, who were formed and won the eighth series of The X Factor UK. As part of the group she won three Brit Awards —becoming the first girl group recipient to win British Group. They achieved nineteen top-ten singles and five number-ones on the UK Singles Chart, before going on hiatus in 2022. Thirlwall is an ambassador for Stonewall and is noted for her political reviews, social activism, advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, the ban against transgender conversion therapy in the UK and Black Lives Matter. Her involvement with charity work earned her the Gay Times Honour for Allyship in 2021. In 2022, she signed a recording contract with RCA Records. In addition to her solo work, she signed a songwriter's publishing deal in 2019 with Sony/ATV Music, and shares songwriting credits for Little Mix, Twice, Billy Porter, Britney Spears, Iggy Azalea, Han Ji-sung of Stray Kids and Nayeon. In July 2024, she is set to release her debut solo single titled "Angel of My Dreams". - Wikipedia

I do think Apple will go top 10 next week along with Guess.

Hopefully with 360 too!

would be amazing to have 3 songs top 10 a fair while after the album was released. Only usually happens during album release week

too bad this is going down
Nice to see Jade stabilise instead of having a massive fall

yeah, a smaller drop than I expected :D

#13 for this is so wonderful to see. I expected worse due to it's Spotify performance, but I guess it's YouTube, Apple and Amazon positions remained stable enough to counteract it's Spotify performance.

Biography

Whether she’s penning defiantly joyous singles like “I Love It” or exploring her darker side, Charli XCX is proof that you don’t need to stay in one lane to become a massive success. Born Charlotte Aitchison in 1992 in Cambridge, England, to Scottish and Gujarati Indian parents, Charli took up songwriting at 14, lifting her stage name from her instant messenger handle. On the strength of her MySpace uploads and performances at London raves, she landed a record deal at 18, released the modestly successful darkwave cuts “Stay Away” and “Nuclear Seasons”, then hit the big time with 2012’s kiss-off anthem “I Love It”. Originally scrapped from her own album for being too poppy, the beat-pounding re-recording by Swedish duo Icona Pop quickly became a worldwide dance-floor favourite. Her goth-tinged debut album, 2013’s True Romance, and tracks like the psychedelic, Gold Panda-sampling "You (Ha Ha Ha)” soon positioned Charli as the missing link between Grimes’ freak scene, Lorde’s dark melodies, and Carly Rae Jepsen’s sweetness. Never one to repeat herself, she’s built a track record as a prolific songwriter and collaborator, penning hits for Iggy Azalea (“Fancy”) and Selena Gomez (“Same Old Love”) and working with the likes of Lil Yachty, David Guetta and BTS. She even followed up the 2019 eclectic, star-studded Charli with 2020’s intimate how i'm feeling now, an album written with fan input during her six-week pandemic quarantine. One thing is clear: Charli XCX’s creative drive and willingness to take risks has made her one of the most unique, enthralling artists of her era. - Apple Music

Biography

Jimin had spent only six months as a K-pop trainee when he debuted in BTS—the least amount of any of the band’s members. With his natural charisma and strong background in contemporary dance, Jimin was considered a shoo-in for the group, but it would be years before he would get comfortable with his vocals. After more than a decade with BTS, though, Jimin would become one of the most distinctive voices in K-pop. Born in Korea’s southern city of Busan as 박지민 (or Park Jimin) in 1995, Jimin moved to Seoul at 16 to become a trainee at Big Hit Entertainment. In 2013, he debuted alongside RM, JIN, SUGA, j-hope, V, and Jung Kook as a dancer and vocalist in 방탄소년단 (or Bangtan Sonyeondan, aka BTS). They would go on to become one of the most successful musical artists of all time. In 2016, when BTS made international waves with the single “Blood Sweat & Tears,” it was Jimin’s raspy, sensual intro that lured in many new listeners. He further cemented his reputation as a uniquely expressive performer with the release of BTS solo songs “Lie” (2016), “Serendipity” (2017), and “Filter” (2020). In 2023, during a BTS group hiatus, Jimin collaborated with Taeyang, of BIGBANG, on the R&B track “VIBE” and released a solo mini-album called FACE. A six-track record written over a period of 10 months about Jimin’s intense feelings during the initial pandemic period, FACE hit at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, with synth-pop lead single “Like Crazy” debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Co-written by Jimin, the album is about confronting one’s self in order to become a better artist. “Finally free,” he sings again and again on “Set Me Free, Pt. 2,” a self-liberation song that features Jimin rapping—a reminder that finding one’s voice is not only a continuous, lifelong process for an artist, but one that can lead in unexpected directions. - Apple Music
