April 4, 20251 yr Enjoyed listening through your montage of entries! Think that's the first time I heard your two winning songs, and I gave both a Spotify play too - I'm sure you're aware Cascada covered 'A Neverending Dream', and I immediately recognised the song from television adverts for their album, but the X-Perience original sounds a lot better.Coincidentally, Adam F - Circles popped up at #20 in the rundown on the TOTP 1997 repeat just now.Interesting pattern of EOY finishes for complete years: 5-11-5-10-13-10-18-10-16... this year for a top 10 return at least then?

It was good fun to put together. Yeah I was educated about the Cascada version of 'A Neverending Dream' at the time of sending the original and I've decided to be blissfully unaware of what it sounds like to this day happy to live in a universe of only being familiar with the X-Perience version haha.Yesss I noticed 'Circles' in the countdown today too 🥰 I actually discovered it from listening to an old 1997 chart uploaded to Mixcloud and ended up not being able to take it off repeat.Let's hope for a top 10 return this year indeed 🙏 it feels surreal to be top 2 in the EOY right now.
April 6, 20251 yr Author BJSC 173 ResultsKraftwerk - Europe Endless4th place | 232 pointsKraftwerk received mixed predictions throughout the course of the contest but picked up more hype at the final stage. The pioneering German electronic band did us proud with Jadakissnia's strongest result of the year points-wise, finishing 4th in the final with 232 points. We spent 9 years chasing a 4th place finish but have now added two more to the tally in both BJSC 172 and 173. Kraftwerk scored 10 more points than previous entry 'Spring Nostalgia' by Vioflesh and both outperformed our first 2025 choice, 'choke enough' by Oklou (which finished 10th), so this year is proving quite remarkable with an upward trajectory each time points-wise. This is the third time we've experienced three top 10 finishes in a row (following Rompasso - 'Ignis' (1st), Active Child - 'All Eyes On You' (3rd) and Ross From Friends - 'Epiphany' (7th) in 2019, then Sadness - 'I want to be with you' (2nd), Twin Tribes - 'Monolith' (4th) and Them Are Us Too - 'Floor' (7th) in 2024) but we've never had 4 back-to-back top 10s before, so the pressure is on next contest. 'Europe Endless' is our 16th top 5 finish in BJSC and 32nd top 10. This 100th anniversary entry dwarfed the performance of our 50th pick, 'Ageispolis' by Aphex Twin, which finished 23rd in 2020. 'Europe Endless' also placed 4th in the semi final, with 74 points, which feels correct when celebrating 10 years since joining in BJSC 74. Finally, a YTD update revealed that we are currently sitting at 2nd place for 2025, only behind Kluminican Republic. We can't believe how this year is playing out for Jadakissnia so far but we're thrilled that our choices are connecting. Thank you for all of the support! This month's winning song was 'Twist The Knife' by Rebecca Black after she previously fell short. We didn't vote for the winner on this occasion but are pleased for Ajanaeda on their debut victory nevertheless, a huge congratulations to them! Our top points were up for grabs after huge semi 2 favourite Night In Athens DNQed. That final gold medal instead went to Elëdan, who had sent my favourite entry in semi final 1. Their hypnotic, whispery choice 'Everything Is As It Should Be' by Ohota hoovered up many 18 points and finished just behind my own nation, in an impressive 5th. The campaign for their unique 4th place starts now! Macromia provided a semi 1 standout that grew on us even more by the final. This silver medal was 'Volta' by Boogie Belgique which proved to be a surprise smash in the final, earning the nation a top 10 result early on in their BJSC history. 'Volta' finished in 7th place. Our bronze went to Kathaldazia, who appear to be a mainstay in our votes, especially with abrasive techno. 'No Money' by Nuxx Vomica missed out on a top 20 position by just 1 point, settling for 21st.Thank you to Kluminican Republic for your enjoyable and very colourful hospitality. These were our BJSC 173 final votes in full:18 ✦ Elëdan ✦ Ohota - Everything Is As It Should Be15 ✦ Macromia ✦ Boogie Belgique - Volta13 ✦ Kathaldazia ✦ Nuxx Vomica - No Money12 ✦ Fljótavík ✦ Julia-Sophie - telephone11 ✦ Neliönoir ✦ Ninajirachi - All I Am10 ✦ Cumulonimbia ✦ Regularfantasy - So Sweet (Spriitzz Radio Edit)09 ✦ Singerpurear ✦ Split Enz - I Got You08 ✦ Summericia ✦ David Holmes - It's Over, If We Run Out Of Love (feat. April 23, 20251 yr Author BJSC 174goneMUNE - AMNESIAThe red carpet has been rolled out in Ajanaeda for BJSC 174, following their first ever victory. Jadakissnia decided to select dark alt pop artist goneMUNE for this occasion with 'AMNESIA'. We're almost certain that they're our first artist from Singapore in all these years of competing, so that's pretty cool. 'AMNESIA' introduces the world to their cyborg persona Averdonia and explores themes of loneliness, grief and resilience - all with a back drop of darkwave-style synths to boot. A music video for this song now exists but we think the visualiser fits the vibe of it better. It was announced today that we qualified for the BJSC 174 final 🖤 this news means that we extend our Q streak back up to 5 in a row - following Madeline Goldstein, Oklou, Vioflesh and Kraftwerk. 'AMNESIA' finished in 25th place with 153 points. This is the fourth time that we've landed in this position, following: 'Sentient' by Perturbator and Hayley Stewart all the way back in BJSC 84, plus more recent picks in Joanie's 'Kerosene' and 'Kill Tone' by Odd Nosdam. 25th is now our joint most common position, along with: 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 12th, 17th and 26th. I wonder what will finally break this tie... 2nd would be lovely! It was also revealed that we placed 7th in semi final 1, with 76 points - not bad at all. The latest YTD update shows that we're riding high in 3rd, so 2025 remains a success story so far.The majority of BuzzJack really said "thank you for the music" to Debbii Dawson as she took the crown with ABBA-esque 'You Killed The Music'. This is the second winner in a row that didn't quite make our votes, but we're excited to fly back to Bøtanikkä for sure. Congrats once again! Our own favourite this time was courtesy of long term allies Persephonia, who unleashed the excellent gothic doom track 'At Races' by Messa. This finished in a respectable 16th place. Jadakissnia's silver medal went to Model/Actriz, whose 'Cinderella' was a big pre-contest favourite, but somehow became even more loveable within BJSC 174. Stream Pirouette. We passed on the 4th place baton from the last two editions to Scotland 2 this time, who were rewarded greatly for this standout choice. Our podium was rounded off with the ever reliable Minuit Machine. Their darkwave delight 'Hold Me' finished in a solid 14th place for Aeroche. June 1, 2025Jun 1 Author BJSC 175EQ - B.S.A.S. (Si Alguna Vez Te Sentís Sola De Noche)Our Equestria Airways flight recently landed in Bøtanikkä following their win in the previous contest. EQ is an exciting collaborative project between Argentinian electronic acts Estratosfera and Qiri. I stumbled across 'B.S.A.S. (Si Alguna Vez Te Sentís Sola De Noche)' on YouTube and immediately fell in love with the cacophony of electronic, pop and indie sleaze sounds, that do not let you breathe for one moment. On Friday it was announced that we have qualified for the BJSC 175 final so thanks to all who voted 💗 this outcome means our Q streak is back up to 6 in a row. July 26, 2025Jul 26 Author Better play catch-up before the next contest starts...BJSC 175 ResultsEQ - B.S.A.S. (Si Alguna Vez Te Sentís Sola De Noche)27th place | 120 pointsWell, 27th place feels fitting before I exit the 27 club myself next month. Electronic double act EQ achieved this result with 120 points. I did originally think I'd unlocked a unique placement of 28th, giving my nation the entire top 30 positions, but Scotland 2's deduction had yet to be implemented at that point. Instead, this is the second time we've finished 27th, following 'Jiv' by Moth Equals way back in BJSC 98. 'B.S.A.S. (Si Alguna Vez Te Sentís Sola De Noche)' is our worst performing entry of 2025 so far but with the silver lining of receiving the most top scores of any of our entries this year, as it achieved three 18s. We also cannot grumble about a full house of qualifiers so far! This consistency, plus three big success stories at the start of the year, is keeping us afloat in the latest YTD update - where we are still as high as 5th, with 930 points. It was also revealed that EQ placed 14th in their semi final with a round 60 points. This month we were back to supporting the winning entry as République d'Áskorza took the crown with our 1 pointer, 'Maschio' by Annalisa. A huge congrats to them and we are hyped for the next edition after the recent summer break! Our favourite this time was entirely predictable as darkwave music is like catnip to the Jadakissnian people. This 18 pointer was the excellent 'İnziva' by She Past Away, sent by FSR Rontiva. So the mighty FSR Ashvia (or whatever the correct tweak is with the updated country name x) bookend our votes! She Past Away smashed it with an 8th place finish. Danæviia had to settle for silver with an electronic instrumental that soundtracked equally enjoyable aquatic visuals. This entry, 'Ocean's Voice' by Ummet Ozcan, also did very well - placing in 4th. Our podium ended with Neliönoir, the current YTD leaders who are on a very hot streak right now. We knew and loved 'Evangelic Girl Is A Gun' by yeule pre-contest and continued supporting it within BJSC 175. This was of course another success story for our medals this time as yeule finished just below Ummet Ozcan, in 5th place.Thank you to Bøtanikkä for the smooth flights! July 26, 2025Jul 26 Author Buzzfestivalen 2025 ResultsCannelle - WATCH ME FLY3rd place | 114 pointsThe Buzzfestivalen spinoff was back this month following a four year rest! Jadakissnia returned after achieving a new personal best last time on third try, as BLANCO was our first BJFest finalist. We selected dance banger 'WATCH ME FLY' by Cannelle to follow that up. This song was originally attempted in the latest House edition of Club Bizarre, as one of its RateYourMusic genre tags was speed house, alas it was deemed not on theme enough - which was fair, I could understand the logic. So I kept this song in my back pocket until the right contest emerged. We didn't have to wait very long as its sub-3 minute run time worked perfectly for the rules of Buzzfestivalen. Hype for this song felt pretty muted so we were shocked to finish as high as THIRD in the final 😮 this has now blown BLANCO out of the water as our new personal best in BJFest, as Jadakissnia's first ever podium position in the final of this spinoff. It was also revealed that we finished 4th in semi final 1 earlier on in the competition, with 48 points. Thank you for all the Cannelle support in each round! It was Scotland 2 who emerged victorious in this spinoff with 'Arintintin' by Rico Nasty & Boys Noize. This popular pick received 4 points from us in the final. A big congratulations to Scotland 2 for their first ever song contest win! Our top marks went to none other than Danæviia with piano beauty 'Arrêter Le Temps' by Vendredi Sur Mer and Sofiane Pamart, the former an artist sent by Jadakissnia in the past. This finished in a strong 5th place. Our silver medal was awarded to M¥SS KETA with the almighty banger '160BPM'. Bøtanikkä took this entry to 8th place in the final. Our podium was completed with a big contender from Neliönoir. August 13, 2025Aug 13 Author BJSC 176uvula - ty' i tvoya ten'We're back from the annual mid-year break with some non-English language post-punk from 2018! Uvula are a Russian group who were banned from playing in the country by the Russian Federation, for speaking against the state. I came across their music on YouTube and quickly fell in love with the atmospheric drums, guitars and earworm melodies. The title translates to 'you and your shadow' and the lyrics themselves contain haunting lines such as "I'm used to dreaming, day after day, that the darkness takes me away". The characters in the music video have been compared to British political icons Count Binface and Lord Buckethead at the SyncTube sessions, which I'm sure they were definitely going for...It was recently announced in République d'Áskorza that we qualified for the final *.* interestingly we've occupied slot 3 in both the semi and final of BJSC 176. August 27, 2025Aug 27 Author BJSC 176 Resultsuvula - ty' i tvoya ten'16th place | 160 pointsA more guitar-driven pivot paid off as we achieved our best result since April! uvula's 'ty' i tvoya ten' finished in 16th place following a dramatic reveal in République d'Áskorza, which unveiled each voter in order of their final placing. This is our second ever 16th position following 2018's snap result for 'Around The World In a Tea Daze (Ott Remix)' by Shpongle. Jadakissnia now have 56 top 20 finishes in our decade long history of competing. This is our best result since BJSC 173, after placing 25th and 27th respectively with goneMUNE and EQ. We can now claim four top 20 results in 2025 so far. This improvement on the last two contests is good news for the YTD as we remain stable in 5th place there. It was also revealed that uvula finished 6th place in semi final 2, with 78 points. The big success story of the night, if not year, was Fljótavík who stomped all over the rest of the competition! Their entry 'Infohazard' by Ninajirachi boasted an eye-watering 148 point lead over closest competitor 'deal' by MISS LUXURY, sent by Kathaldazia. We awarded 11 points to 'Infohazard' and decided that it's our favourite BJSC champion of the year so far. A huge congrats to Fljótavík - we cannot wait to get stuck into BJSC 177 soon. Elsewhere, FSR Rontvia also caught our attention in a big way. They currently have Jadakissnians under a spell as they received our 18 for the second month in a row! This time it was for the gorgeous 'Enfrente' by Mabe Fratti. A Spanish trip-hop sound was once again the way to our hearts following darkwave last time. This entry finished in a respectable 13th place. Our silver medal went to fellow dreamy entry 'Deep Diving' by After, sent by Pestolia. Our top 2 nations this month were not only next to each other in the Jadakissnian votes but also on the scoreboard, as 'Deep Diving' finished 12th. Our podium was rounded off with 'The Satantango' by Årabrot, a striking pick from Terra Avium. August 27, 2025Aug 27 Author SPINOFF NEWS: Schlagerfest II 🌌Emilíana Torrini - To Be FreeThe latest BJSC spinoff, hosted by Lotunia, was revealed to be a part two of 2017's Schlagerfest edition. This side contest invites us to send the best pop from either Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweden. In round one we chose Norwegian representatives and this time we shuffled over to Iceland instead. Emilíana Torrini, once a member of GusGus and also a co-writer on the gorgeous 'Slow' by Kylie Minogue, felt like a wonderful fit for our nation after exploring her catalogue. She once performed well in the main contest many years ago with quirky entry 'Jungle Drum' but our pick 'To Be Free' is an older, more trip-hop sounding pivot. This song, taken from 1999 album Love In The Time Of Science and later featured in the film crazy/beautiful, explores a painful relationship that the narrator needs to escape in order to heal. This cinematic beauty sits in slot #18 of the spin-off.In an unexpected turn of events, the only recycled act from the first Schlagerfest spin-off is our very own VIAN, who remain underrated after all these years - so this second shot is welcomed. We sent 9th place entry 'Gå Der Vinden Blåser' to the first edition while Terra Avium have followed this up with 'Heilt Te Du Dør'.
September 13, 2025Sep 13 Author Catch-up time again xSchlagerfest II 🌌 ResultsEmilíana Torrini - To Be Free6th place | 67 pointsThe results of Schlagerfest II took place a little over two weeks ago in Lotunia. It was revealed that our Icelandic artist Emilíana Torrini finished in an impressive 6th place, with 67 points. This is a huge bounce back for Jadakissnia in spin-offs, after an uncharacteristic Halloween flop last year, which saw us outside of the top 30 after a string of top 10s. The performance of 'To Be Free' is an improvement on our showing in the first Schlagerfest spin-off, when VIAN finished 9th with 'Gå Der Vinden Blåser'. Our 100% Halloween top 10 streak may be over but we've now created one for Schlagerfest and I believe all of our Pride entries have placed in the top 10 as well.Jadakissnia were on the money with a winner prediction for FSR Rontvia as they indeed took the crown with earworm 'Elefanter (Éléphants)' by PHELLY. This song received our bronze medal so we highly approve of their decisive three figure victory. Cumulonimbia got our 12 points this time with the more alt-leaning 'Som En Sol' by Toxe. This entry also performed strongly, finishing 2nd. Our own silver medal was awarded to Bronzil with Yndling's 'Monopoly'. This was another strong effort following her PFSC entry 'As Fast As I Can' back in the spring. 'Monopoly' was another top 10 song contest success for the Norwegian singer, finishing in 7th.Thank you to Lotunia for their enjoyable hospitality! These were our Schlagerfest II votes in full:12 Cumulonimbia: Toxe - Som En Sol10 Bronzil: Yndling - Monopoly08 FSR Rontvia: PHELLY - Elefanter (Éléphants)07 Terra Avium: VIAN - Heilt Te Du Dør06 Zanmatony: Ultraflex - Baby05 Skall: The Embassy - It Pays To Belong04 Pestolia: OLGA - NRO1 BÄMÄ03 Persephonia: tonser - hyena02 Lotunia: Jonas Benyoub ft. September 13, 2025Sep 13 Author BJSC 177S1RENA - DNA 1NTERLUDE / DNAJadakissnia shuffled back to the electronic bloc this time after a more guitar-driven pick last month! Our latest entrant S1RENA hails from Bremerhaven, Germany and has been described as 'y2k techno meets fairy core' artistically. We found 'DNA' on a YouTube crawl and later discovered that the two parts of the video are split out as 'DNA 1NTERLUDE' and 'DNA' on streaming services, therefore we credited it as such for the contest. The '1NTERLUDE' start is ethereal and reminiscent of Oklou who was of course a fellow Jadakissnian artist in 2025. This German language package then morphs into more of a club banger experience with the 2 minutes of 'DNA'.It was announced that we have QUALIFIED for the BJSC 177 final with 'DNA 1NTERLUDE' / 'DNA' so thank you to all who voted 🩵 this is our 8th consecutive qualification at the moment. S1RENA can be found in slot 4 of the final running order in Fljótavík.Unfortunately we had to say adios to three favourites in semi final 1, these were the following:08 | Macromia • Marika Hackman • Drown03 | Scotland 2 • Dijon • Yamaha01 | Dobago • NXCRE & The Villains • USURPER Boo x

We publicly revealed that we had our fingers crossed for a top 20 scrape and that is quite literally what we got! S1RENA finished in exactly 20th place with 152 points. This is our fifth top 20 placing of the year (following Oklou, Vioflesh, Kraftwerk and uvula) and 57th overall after 10 years of competing. We have achieved the 20th position three times to date, as Jadakissnia previously landed there with OTHERLiiNE's 'Chimes' in 2019 and Bowery Electric's 'Freedom Fighter' in 2022, so every 3 years recently! It was also revealed that 'DNA 1NTERLUDE' / 'DNA' finished 14th in the semi final, with 60 points, which makes our final result look particularly impressive.Neliönoir have experienced quite the hot streak this year and they've taken it to another level with a victory in the latest edition! Their winning track was the beautifully performed 'storm' by Night Tapes. Jadakissnia awarded this entry 15 points, the most of any champion in 2025 so far, so we highly approve. Congrats once again! They were only pipped in our affections by a country on an unprecedented streak for us at the moment. That's right... we have awarded FSR Rontvia a THIRD set of 18 points in a row! This time they went to inspired Turkish pick 'Korku' by ARGO. Incredibly, this connected with many participants, finishing as high as 2nd. So these results have surely locked in our favourite top two of the year. Unfortunately, our other medallist, Bronzil's dreamy 'Motorway' by Fazerdaze couldn't quite boast the same success - placing 34th in the final. This is a robbery of the highest order! Well, at least it was part of the final line-up and we're grateful for the discovery.Thank you to our hosts in Fljótavík for a memorable experience! These were our BJSC 177 final votes in full:18 | FSR Rontvia • ARGO • Korku 15 | Neliönoir • Night Tapes • storm13 | Bronzil • Fazerdaze • Motorway12 | Elëdan • Nicolás Jaar • Aquí11 | Skall • Bubble Love • Double Caper10 | Fljótavík • Joon Gloom • Joker09 | Utopia • Water From Your Eyes • Playing Classics 08 | Cumulonimbia • Deki Alem • House Fire 07 | Pestolia • ivri • tower of memories06 | Kathaldazia • MERCY • POSSESSION05 | Terra Avium • Future Utopia & Lava La Rue • The Pleasure Trap04 | Hendinia • Frost Children • WHAT IS FOREVER FOR 03 | Zanmatony • Dan Deacon • Feel The Lightning02 | Thelonia • Your Mate's Ex • Disco Shift01 | Trifoski • acloudyskye • ShootsThank you to these nations for the following points in this edition:18 - Elëdan + POPHub15 - Land of DW13 - Pestolia11 - Nelonöir10 - East Rukahavian + Kathaldazia9 - Aesthetica8 - Baleghde + FARC7 - Rep D’Askorza + Scotland 25 - Bronzil + Summericia3 - Thelonia + Why So Sirius1 - Fljótavík + PersephoniaNext up... we have a couple of considerations. October 11, 2025Oct 11 Author BJSC 178Erin LeCount - 808 HYMNThe latest edition of BJSC is currently taking place in Neliönoir and our submission was a bit of a swerve! Jadakissnia have decided to go pop this time albeit with a dark edge. Our people discovered '808 HYMN' on Radio 1's 'Future Pop' show and were immediately taken in by the huge chorus, synths and drums. Lyrically this song is about being followed home and contains vivid, hard-hitting lines such as: "Grit your teeth, make a scene, put your keys between fists" to express the intensity of the situation. The talented Erin LeCount is both a songwriter and producer. It comes as no surprise that she's inspired by Florence and the Machine as we hear some of their DNA here, especially during the bridge. Erin also lists the likes of Fiona Apple, Lorde, Kate Bush, Imogen Heap, Sylvan Esso, Sampha and BANKS as idols, so a student of great music.Taahino previously entered Erin LeCount with the song 'Silver Spoon', which finished 37th. We are delighted to announce that Erin has another shot in a final as '808 HYMN' has QUALIFIED for the latest one *.* so thanks to all who voted for her at the semi final stage. This increases our current Q streak to 9 qualifiers in a row. We have now secured 8/10 qualifications for 2025 which is automatically an improvement on last year, when we DNQed 3 times.Early BJSC odds indicate greatness for '808 HYMN' in the final... could this be true? Erin will be performing in slot 3.We lost just one of our votes on this occasion:04 ◾ BØTANIKKÄ ◾ ELLA RED 'HE ASKED FOR IT'thank you to the people of Bøtanikkä for the good discovery, robbed I tell thee!
October 19, 2025Oct 19 Author BJSC 178 ResultsErin LeCount - 808 HYMN★ 1st place | 269 points ★Last night it was announced in Neliönoir that Jadakissnia have WON the 178th edition of the BuzzJack Song Contest! Our entry '808 HYMN' by Erin LeCount received an unprecedented amount of pre-contest hype for our nation and we're grateful that these predictions were indeed on the money. This is Jadakissnia's third BJSC victory following 'Ignis' by Rompasso in BJSC 117 and X-Perience's 'A Neverending Dream' in the 138th edition. Both of our previous winning songs scored 264 points so we have slightly improved on that with Erin LeCount's 269 points haul. Our single-figure winning margins have slowly risen on each occasion with Rompasso claiming a 4 point lead, X-Perience winning by 6 points and now Erin pipping New Lexico's Maude Latour to victory with a 9 point lead. It appears that odd years are in our favour as Jadakissnia's wins have occurred in 2019, 2021 and now 2025! This 10th anniversary year has treated us kindly on the whole as this is now our 4th top 10 result of 2025 following the success of Oklou, Vioflesh and Kraftwerk. This is also our third top 5 hit of the year after both Vioflesh and Kraftwerk placed in 4th. '808 HYMN' is our first top 3 result since TEMMIS' 'ICE 579' finished in 2nd place exactly a year ago. Our overall stats now stand at 3 wins, 11 top 3 hits, 17 top 5s, 33 top 10s and 58 top 20 results. Jadakissnia have risen to 3rd place on the latest YTD update with 1511 points received this year so far. Our victory unlocks an AQ entry so we are now guaranteed to have a round 10 qualification streak next month! It was later revealed that we were also victorious in semi final 2, as Erin received 110 points at this stage, including four 12s. Thanks again to everyone who supported '808 HYMN', it feels a bit surreal to be back at the top again after four years and we look forward to bringing you BJSC 179 soon. This comes exactly 100 contests after we were involved in the hosting process for the first time, as Mulgracia's glamorous assistant in BJSC 79.The top 10 in BJSC 178 was bookended by our own entry and gold medal, as fellow BJSC 74 debutants Cor Lupus took 10th place, with the amazing 'Serpentsmile' by Zanias. This had been a multi-week #1 in Jadakissnia pre-contest so may have been our most predictable 18 ever. This ended FSR Rontvia's streak of three Jadakissnian gold medals in a row and instead gifted one to a nation who hadn't received our top marks in 7 years. Bronzil found themselves on our podium for a second month in a row and thankfully performed much better for the BJSC masses this time. Their captivating Turkish darkwave pick 'Dertlı Dolap' by Yakima Jera finished in a strong 12th place. Our podium was rounded off with even more darkwave thanks to Danæviia's latest entry choice. We hoped to love 'A Shot In The Dark' by Ghost Cop based on artist name, song title and thumbnail alone during the entry reveal stage of the contest and were quite clearly not disappointed! This song scooped our bronze medal and achieved 11th place in the final. So, our top 3 entries finished next to each other in 10th, 11th and 12th this time - oh my!Thank you to our brilliant hosts in Neliönoir for an experience I won't be forgetting any time soon! October 21, 2025Oct 21 It kinda amused me that we received the same amount of 18s and yet... one is a winner and one is 32nd! 😂 How the cookie crumbles. 🍪Looking forward to a Jadakissnia hosted contest and unleashing my psychedelic folk song. 🤭😵💫
