Pretty ironic coming from a Swiftie. :gaga:

and also a Lana fan, and Lana is even far more dependent on Antonoff :/

but really don't like him as producer, I guess what he does works for Lana but he's ruined some great albums (Lorde's 3rd, Clairo's 2nd)... guess with Taylor, she's got the upper hand not him

Remember there's no update compiled on a bank holiday Monday, so the OCC update will arrive at some point tomorrow ^_^

How many Oasis albums will be in the Top 100 chart by Friday?

UK iTunes albums

Due to all the publicity in the newspapers and on the TV news channels,

3 +20 Oasis - Time Flies… (1994 - 2009)

4 +127 Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory? [Deluxe Remastered Edition]

7 +193 Oasis - (What's the Story) Morning Glory?

11 NEW Oasis - Definitely Maybe

12 +70 Oasis - Definitely Maybe (Deluxe Edition Remastered)

54 NEW Oasis - Be Here Now

73 NEW Oasis - The Masterplan

76 NEW Oasis - Be Here Now (Deluxe Remastered Edition)

79 NEW Oasis - Heathen Chemistry

80 NEW Oasis - Stop The Clocks

121 NEW Oasis - Knebworth 1996 (Live)

Time Flies is gonna be huge this week, it's normally doing 4-5 a week already

so imagine this week

every time anyone searches for Wonderwall on Spotify, whatever they stream it for, it counts for Time Flies

if they stream the This is Oasis playlist, they give streams to Time Flies

if they stream the What's the Story Morning Glory album, they also give streaming points to Time Flies

Yea, probably #3 on album chart this week and maybe even #1 next week when ticket sales begin.

Edit: forgot about Nick Cave's album so #2

The Definitely Maybe 30th Anniversary Edition is out on Friday, so I suspect that will be #1 next week.

yes I think the dates announcement is kinda now

so that the re-release gets higher sales and streams

Hope this gives “Wonderwall” the boost it needs to knock “Thinking Out Loud” out of the all time Top 10 haha.
I wonder if any of Oasis' songs will be reset on Friday as a result?

Wonderwall is ineligible.

Supersonic would also be ineligible if it’s gone back to ACR since its reset a few months ago

Supersonic got a reset? Even if it did, it didn’t stop them constantly resetting Cruel Summer

According to iTunes,

1 +2 Oasis - Time Flies… (1994 - 2009)

2 +4 Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory? [Deluxe Remastered Edition]

3 +5 Oasis - (What's the Story) Morning Glory?

4 +9 Oasis - Definitely Maybe

5 +12 Oasis - Definitely Maybe (Deluxe Edition Remastered)

That's Oasis domination.

Meanwhile, three Oasis releases are surging up the albums chart. According to the Official Charts Company Midweek Sales Flash, Time Flies 1994-2009 has jumped 24-14 and is heading towards the Top 10. What’s The Story Morning Glory has risen 41-26 and Definitely Maybe 49-31. There are currently no Oasis singles in this week’s Top 75.

What’s The Story Morning Glory is Oasis’ biggest selling album in the UK, with 5,198,120 sales to date. Definitely Maybe has 2,657,941 sales, while Be Here Now has 2,032,233. The group have passed the million sales mark for Time Flies 1994-2009 (1,887,846), Stop The Clocks (1,408,814), Heathen Chemistry (1,191,831) and Don’t Believe The Truth (1,026,139).

The Gallagher brothers have both enjoyed solo success in the wake of Oasis, Liam’s best selling album is 2017 No.1 As You Were (469,049), while Noel’s is 2011’s self-titled chart-topper (908,216).
