Spotify now including video is going to hit YouTube massively.

 

Better for the charts if I watch via Spotify with my premium sub. Though guess each view counts as a listen ha ha. That said, overall it should improve her overall Spotify numbers. YouTube music is eroding Spotify streams so it’s all fair game.

This. But also kind of reminds of me of Madonna in 2012 during the tour announcement and mdna album. I think both Kylie and her label are very happy the tour is selling well, and she's getting enough spots on radio and TV to promote the tour (in the guise of talking about the new song and album). Plus, I don't know how invested the label is in this album, the fact that its a sequel and not a new campaign/sound says it all.
