Considering CD singles and vinyl singles were £2-4 over 30 years ago they’re not expensive.

We’re just used to physical music products being cheap because the market collapsed.

Everything is ‘limited’ when it comes to Kylie - Impossible Princess Marble Vinyl, Disco Boxset, Tension Pink Vinyl etc  Their version of limited differs somewhat to everyone else’s.

Her standard / deluxe albums are not usually limited. The disco reissue was not limited neither.

Would rather a new album but ok whatever, a lot of new tracks would be good, it best all be on streaming if it’s true !
Yes. At this point, as long as the record company has some kind of strategy in place in terms of album or singles, collabs, what's going on a re-release versus new album campaign, etc. Right now, it's all feeling very lost.

I'd take tension repackage so the collabs can go on it as I would not like any of the recent collabs to be part of a brand new album.

Surely news of this comes out on Friday? Its due for release in just over a month. If it is just a CD and download and streaming then i guess not much lead time is needed

Of course it could all be fan fantasy haha

do we know what other albums are out that week ?

Oh Sabrina is going to sell very well isnt she! even just streaming numbers.

i suppose Kylie doesn't need the number 1 anyway

Looks like the Initial Talk remix is true as he has posted a sneak preview on his Insta page in repsonse to Kylies request for remixes from her fans

Its odd that they will have such a short pre order time before the release, i know a re release is treated differently to a new album and they know fans will buy it regardless but it still feels a short pre order time frame to build up sales.
Initial Talk has tweeted that his mix is not official so it seems the whole leaked track list may not be correct after all!!!!

This prompted me to look back on the Disco era and how long it was between pre-orders going up and the release date!

5th October 2021 - official announcement

12th November 2021 - release date

That was 38 days as a pre-order.

Today we're 36 days away from 23rd August, so they're not giving themselves quite as much time as Disco...

If there is no vinyl then i can't see them needing much time.

We don't even know what this limited edition consists of and its a little worrying that at the moment it seems USA based

With August fast approaching this release if true should be confirmed this week or next week at the latest.
