As a fashion girlie I absolutely hated Lydia's look since Miss Girl has talent and is just misapplying herself. That was a great instance of the lovers/friends lipsync though, just as good as the Morphine-Xunami one from last season.

I'm touched despite myself at Kori's confession that if Ru had told her to shantay instead of Lydia she would have quit because she thought Lydia wanted & deserved to keep competing more than she did <3

This comment just reminded me of this tweet I saw earlier today.

  • Apparently the other queens at Arrietty’s home bar were relieved she got on Drag Race so she wouldn’t be there for a while because she’s known to be nasty 💀

Lydia having the two best lipsyncs of the season but bringing absolutely nothing else is kind of iconic of her

Great episode! Butthole pulled it back and we got some unhinged drama.

I didn't like Arrietty already and I've gone off Lexi now too, we're reaching the point where I question how she passed the psych evaluation, she must be playing it up for tv and trying to do a 'bit' but I'm over it personally.

That was probably the best episode of the season, the drama and Lydia having an unquestionable win was amazing to see!! She absolutely killed it, didn’t miss a beat and had easily the funniest jokes and reads. I’ve been waiting for her to have this breakthrough moment because I absolutely her style of drag and the viewpoints her twisted mind comes up with, this is the first time it’s all met in the middle perfectly and applied to a challenge perfectly.

I feel for Lexi honestly, I think maybe she is not on the show at the right time for her mentally. She unquestionably has it inside her but something always stops her short of slaying, she is her own worst enemy. The way she kind of flops with grace and tries to bring it back, I may be biased bc I love her but I think it does take a certain level of skill to claw it back and not just let the whole thing derail, but she would so powerful if she just let herself go!!

Thank god Arrietty is gone, honestly I wish she didn’t get the lever and just went on the RDR Live challenge because other than her Ball package and this episode’s drama she has given nothing. I get all the queens have different strengths and weaknesses, but why on earth do you come to Drag Race utterly unable to do anything bar wear clothes and make outfits lol

Also if I never see Plane Jane again it will be too soon.

Was great to see Lana and Lydia do so well in the roast and so happy for Lydia winning!!!

I was so over the drama. Honestly I've just completely gone off Lexi after really liking her at the start.

Arietty going thank goodness. The lip sync was really solid though!

The season is really close so far - 3 queens with 2 wins and 3 with 1. It's kind of anyone's game still!

omg lol why do you hate plane?

so happy for my girl lydia!! and surprisingly was really glad to see lana do well too. also loved her runway reference.

sam being top seemed a bit crazy as we only got like 10 seconds of her roast. suzie was funnier but they're starting the edit of her downfall i fear.

good episode!!

Lydiaaaaaa nooooo put those scissors down girl. Lana didn’t stand a chance against you in any dress.

So confused how Lana survived THREE lip syncs giving 🌸n o t h i n g🌸

The way Lydia had to have a wardrobe malfunction to lose a lipsync, she’s highkey got the Lalaparuza in the bag.

Howeverrr I wouldn’t even have put Lana in the bottom, Jewels was definitely worse (and probably the worst of them all) and I don’t think Lydia was thaaat bad, but probably the second worst after Jewels sadly and there was no way she was staying after that lipsync sadly. I suppose it was pretty close and Jewels’ runway clinched it over Lana but I think Lana did fine just not as well as Onya who obviously ran away with the challenge. I am gutted for Lydia, she is one of the best performers in recent memory and she would have won even without being able to move much had she just not done that scissors stunt 😭

Ross should have been eliminated after that though, Christ. He should never be allowed to critique acting or comedy ever again…

I said the exact same thing when watching it lol. Embarrassing

Ngl Lana really went for it once she saw Lydia got stuck in the dress though.

Funnily enough - I actually dislike Lexi more than Lana now! She didnt deserve to be in the bottom this week I think.

Sadly Lydia was the worst one in the challenge for me, although she looked absolutely fabulous in the challenge look and this was for sure her best runway!

The episode was really good and I don't think anyone did badly in the challenge. I agree Lana should've been safe and Jewels in the bottom 2.

Poor Lydia. She could've easily won the lip sync if she didn't try cutting her dress or had an easy tear away.

Onya completely bodied the challenge!

I feel bad for Lana, the judges just DO NOT like her 😭 I thought her chemistry with Onya would have saved her but instead they painted her as "overshadowed" like wtf do you mean??? it's not her fault Onya is good at EVERYTHING 🙄

Lydia straight up THREW that lip sync, had she not gone for the scissors she probably would have won but I get that she likes to take risks. They just miss 80% of the time

In between the Arrietty drama, the Suzie vs. Lexi drama, and damn near everything during Untucked these past two weeks, it's been draining to watch, we need things to get lighter PRONTO. Like yes "this is not RuPaul's Best Friend Race etcetcetc" but you can be in competition mode and still have that camaraderie, have we not watched season 12? those girls were HUNGRY yet I felt that they wanted to support each other through what is soon to be trying times, this season I feel like they just don't like each other 😅

which compared to the past two weeks is not much

This episode was OK. I wished they were able to have more stage props etc to enhance the performances.

Onya & Lexi rightly winning. Honestly I woud've had Suzie vs Sam for the bottom 2 as Lana's dancing was quite good and I didn't think her story that bad. Sam's dancing just wasn't great. Likewise Suzie's dancing was a bit meh.

And the lip sync was good! And lowkey Lana won that. You could tell by the edit of the lip sync they were setting it up for Sam to win as Lana did a number of great things that the camera didn't focus on or were cut out of frame. Lana sending home Sam would've been such a gag.

this was the best lip sync we've had in WEEKS, best since Alter Ego probably. If we didn't have that dunk tank nonsense this would have been our double shantay bc we could see Lana pushing ahead of Sam at the second verse and the double dip was EVERYTHING. Lana did better in the lip sync overall but she had the worst track record and the judges seemed over her at that point.

if anything I wish the judging for this challenge was solo because they seemed to be making their critiques individually, yet their verdicts were given as a team. If it were judged individually we would have gotten a Sam vs. Suzie lip sync and that would have GAGGED.

Lana kind of wiped the floor with Sam in that lipsync?!

For the second week in a row, Lana didn’t really deserve the bottom placement either, she did better than Suzie in the dance and better than Jewels in the storytelling, they just kind of went off track record and obviously Lana is the one without a win and 3 bottom placements prior to this episode. But it should always go on this challenge and the lipsync I think, otherwise what’s the point of a competition? Although I guess my opinion would change if it was someone I loved in Sam’s position, I just think that it should always come down to pretty much the episode. I think if the lipsync is close, fair enough go to track record, but when it wasn’t even close I think just go for the shock elim! Honestly it could have been Suzie and Sam anyway and I wonder what they would have done then. Suzie has such a weird edit, because they care about her enough to make a storyline out of her being a front runner they’re all jealous of but they’ve not really given her the track record to be the queen they’re all thinking she is?

Sam was flat out the worst and her runway didn’t fit the prompt at all as it was absolutely stunning lol I think she takes herself far too seriously in drag, I find her personality so warm and joyous on the show but then when she does a runway or challenge performance, it’s just too polished, too serious, she can do a character just fine as shown by last week and Snatch Game but when she’s herself in drag it’s just not there, I just want her to let go of this polished pageant vibe, more of her out of drag personality needs to seep into her drag a bit and I’d warm to her more.

i’m back in love with suzie again lol. she takes everything with such grace meanwhile is just catching strays constantly from the other girls.

lana absolutely was bottom 2. suzies monologue was by far the best of the night and jewels’s dancing probably was too. that said, she slayed the lipsync again but it was her time to go.
