He had physicals release week but it didn't sell many though

The Ed physicals are a new version of the album with an extra disc of live recordings. I don't know how likely this is to sell in big numbers but at least there's new stuff on there compared to the original release to incentivise fan purchases I suppose.

 

Remember SZA's deluxe only came out at about 8pm last night so it's not had a lot of time to make an impact yet (and it'll be facing an even bigger obstacle in the Christmas songs on the Saturday before the big day).

Got katy perry album top 5 to this week

It's a deluxe not available physically, I think there are more chances of missing the top 100 than to be top 5 tbh

Wonder if by still doing strong gracie will return to number 1 officially next week (probably wham again this week)

Bear in mind SZA’s LANA album was released in the evening UK time so was unlikely to appear in today’s chart. I expect some tracks to feature on the Spotify chart in tomorrow’s update.

Great to see Miley's "Beautiful That Way" released on streaming services properly. Hopefully it may appear on the likes of the Amazon chart this week. Although I don't think it'll do anything until Christmas is over. The movie it's attached to, The Last Showgirl, is releasing 10/1 so will expect to see it get a boost around then.

 

The song is beautiful but it's the type of song I can see either doing absolutely nothing or being a big hit. I'm hoping it'll be the latter with the people involved in the song as well as the movie being touted as a big breakthrough for Pamela Anderson - plus hopefully the Oscar nomination for the song may turn into a win!

30 For 30 is still behind Luther (4 weeks old) after 21 hrs on US Apple Music too - not as big start as expected. She has four tracks in top 12.

The version with Kelly Clarkson now appearing on Apple Music at #193 with the solo version at #66! :) The version with Kelly should hopefully give it a big enough boost to push it into the top 40 this week.
