Official Charts Report

Central Cee is ahead to score this week’s highest new entry. GBP featuring 21 Savage is predicted to debut at Number 7; it would become Cench’s 9th and 21 Savage’s 7th UK Top 10 hit.

Can Lola Young take Messy all the way to the top? At Number 2 midweek, she’s just over 1,100 chart units away from Gracie Abrams at Number 1. ROSÉ and Bruno Mars could also still be in with chance, at Number 3.

Chrystal’s The Days could be set to reach a brand new peak. It’s predicted to rise one to Number 4 come Friday, a huge new marker for the Bolton-born DJ.

Jimin’s Who is set to re-enter the Top 10 for a third non-consecutive week, right now up seven (6).

PAWSA’s 2024 remix of The Adventure of Stevie V’s Dirty Cash (Money Talks) continues to build – set to reach a brand new peak of Number 13.

Doechii’s DENIAL IS A RIVER could make its Top 20 debut this week (17), as could Alex Warren’s Carry You Home (19).

Finally, country sensation Sam Barber’s rising hit Indigo is set to jump 18 places to Number 21.

Hope David Gray in albums but I think theres a deluxe physical x Gracies
Quite a few new singles out, but very little that you can realistically see challenging the status quo and shifting the early 2024 tracks that are still hanging around! Need a massive shakeup from somewhere, even though I like a lot of the songs we need a big clear out!
If Gracie Abrams manages another week at number 1, will "That's So True" thus become the first song to spend two distinct spells at number 1, each of 4 weeks or more, in the same chart run?
Frankie Laine - I Believe had spells of 9 and 6 weeks as well as one of 3 weeks, but I can't think of anything else to have had multiple spells of 4+ weeks in the same chart run.

Apologies I forgot about Frankie Laine, he had spells of 9 weeks, 6 weeks and 3 weeks at number one, but only separated by a single week.

I'm thinking that Gracie may already be the first artist to return to number 1 for three weeks in the same chart run after a gap of three weeks?

Frank Laine is the ceiling for chart records it seems 😬

My predictions

1. Messy

2. Apt

3. That’s so true

4. The Days

5. Sailor Song

6. GDP

7. The Door

8. DWAS

9. Bad Dreams

10. Who

Can the label do us all a favour and sub Lose Control out for Are You Even Real :arrr:

18 Sonny Fodera, Jazzy & D.O.D - Somedays

17 Doechii - DENIAL IS A RIVER

:cheeseblock:
