February 22, 2025Feb 22 Tate has 5 songs in the top 40 on Spotify today compared to PND/Drake having 11 on their first day (and it's an even bigger difference on Apple for what it's worth, only 2 songs in the top 40 there) - 20k streams seems too high unless she holds up really well. Definitely looks like it'll be bigger than her previous albums though.
February 22, 2025Feb 22 I’m thinking Sam - 75k Tate - 35k I can see Sam actually doing more than 75k because he’s got stacks of physicals this time around and is doing way better on streaming etc… Tate I think is probably a little high but I’m optimistic as she has had more variants physically this time (sold out of all signed / access card sold out plus it was pushed with the ‘order the album for pre-sale access codes)
February 22, 2025Feb 22 I can see Tate doing 20k in streams (PND/Drake did 20k on streams + downloads last week) but she definitely isn't selling 25k copies physically. Her previous album Think Later opened with 11k OVERALL. That was only streaming and downloads though, physicals didn’t come out for a couple months
