Posted March 31, 20251 yr On Amazon PrimeBinged this over the weekend - probably one of the funniest things I've watched in a while. Wasn't sure how they'd get to 6 episodes given the amount of yellow cards early on. But so many funny moments: Bob taunting Daisy with his songs was hilarious, also both of Joe Wilkinson's Jokers made me laugh out loud too same with Bob and his 'magic'.Was glad with the winner too!Anyone else watched this?
March 31, 20251 yr Is this actually any good? I like most of the comedians involved but I’ve seen some clips and not laughed once at them. Maybe I need it in the full context as I do actually want to like the show!

For Bob Mortimer alone its worth it.I binged it pretty much in one evening - also had some surprises along the way too. I laughed out loud a few times (I don't want to oversell it, in case you go in with sky high expectations :D)I'd say if you like Taskmaster, you'd probably like this Edited March 31, 20251 yr by ElectroBoy
March 31, 20251 yr I watched the Irish one last year (the only funny international version imo) so couldn’t wait for the UK version. It didn’t disappoint! I’d say Daisy, Bob, Richard and Lou were the 4 funniest. Rob Becket too. There were some moments that might not have been funny in any other context, but in this context of trying to make others laugh when they’re not supposed to, really cracked me up. Bob and Richard’s dinner date, Daisy’s rollercoaster ride and a certain comedian getting themselves a red card for laughing at their own joke are just the standouts off the top of my head.
April 1, 20251 yr Author Digital SpyBeloved new Taskmaster-packed series has just broken reco...Last One Laughing UK has become a hit.Seems to be rating extremely well!
April 4, 20251 yr OK gave in and watched this.. I think the clips going round definitely needed to be shown in full context!Episode 5 was by far the highlight for me. The Stars in your Eyes segment and then speed dating was absolutely hilarious.
April 5, 20251 yr Author I watched the Irish version the other day.. it wasn’t great. Barring Graham being the host a couple of things Aisling and Deirdre said, it was extremely chaotic and most of the comedy was aimed at 5 year olds.
August 23, 2025Aug 23 Author UK Series 2 Cast Revealed:David MitchellMel GiedroycAlan CarrRomesh RanganathanAmy GledhillMaisie AdamGbemisola IkumeloSam CampbellDiane MorganBob Mortimer
August 23, 2025Aug 23 I love Mel Giedroyc but surely she’ll stand no chance - she seems to laugh at almost anything!Wouldn’t surprise me if Sam Campbell won
February 25Feb 25 Author Season Two confirmed to start on 19th March with three episodes, followed by the next two episodes on 26th March, and the final episode released on 2nd April.
March 20Mar 20 So we've watched the first 3 episodes and I think it's a step up from last year, there's been quite a few things that have made me laugh. The cast are all really likeable as well, really enjoying them
March 23Mar 23 So I binged this all in essentially one day and its so good, how did I not watch this last year l
March 26Mar 26 This is a much stronger cast than series 1, loving Alan, Diane, David, Maisie and Sam. I just wish Prime would stop with the staggered releasing of batches of episodes, especially with shows so short in length and episode duration
Thursday at 04:064 days Finished this moments ago.Hilarious! It's so funny seeing how they try not to laugh. I do think there are moments where some of them *should* have been carded. Pretty sure there was a couple of moments from David.Sam is HILARIOUS! Alan is also insanely funny. Solid cast with this series.
Thursday at 22:414 days Enjoyed it but I felt the final fell a little flat tbh, especially given the way it ended. On the whole, I just found Sam to be painfully unfunny. I guess it just depends on your sense of humour… Edited Thursday at 22:414 days by Lee_J11
Saturday at 22:322 days Yeah the ending wasn’t the best. The number of laughs thing made me realise that neither of them had made many people laugh - and arguably the winner was a byproduct in the laughs they were allocated. But it was still very enjoyable on the whole, Alan was a joy in it and was actually very naturally amusing in conversation. I enjoyed all the cast though, good choices.
Sunday at 18:231 day Author I enjoyed this series... although part of me thinks that Bob laughed for David after realising Sam would never crack in order to give him a leg up if it came down to a tie, as his laugh seemed to come from nowhere. But maybe I'm just over thinking it. I'm glad David won though as both his jokers were hilarious.. but agreed the end was a little flat. Sam I enjoyed on Taskmaster, but here he seemed to just be a bit of a lone outsider than didn't instigate a huge amount. An enjoyable series though and laughed a fair number of times!EDIT - just realised that both of David's laugh's really came from Bob. Bob was told to instigate the arm wrestle and then also instigated the chat with David which lead to him laughing himself Edited Sunday at 18:331 day by ElectroBoy
