That's if it's not considered a veto which I can't think is obvious. Surprised nobody has sent this artist before though...

April 12Apr 12 I made a return as I had a specific song I wanted to enter, but was already taken. TBF I found it in @Doctor Blind personal chart so I hope it's the Cumulonimbia entry. I might enter something else instead, but might not bother.
