Personally I think they are both as bad as each other, but Bag It Up's video is an atrocity so that takes the hit

I'd say Bag It Up is just as bad as Half of Me, the only thing that gives it a slightly bigger edge is the fact that it sounds like a Who Do You Think You Are cheap copy... The verses are just as cringe lol
