I doubt her Label is investing in her like they failed many times before but i can see top 20 maybe with longevity on charts and stable streams unless it goes viral (it has almost 1k videos before release so there is hope) but i'm just happy the song is finally coming after reading everyone's praise for it and the snippet is insane already

If the label are going to invest in her any more, this is the release to do it with.

She's in the middle of all her festival slots

She's got her album up for pre-order

It sounds like an absolutely banger

It's literally the perfect time for her to have a second Top 20 hit.

I can't help but feel like there's only so much they can do if arseholes like Spotify aren't willing to give her any meaningful support, that's why every release since 'Angel' has faltered. 'FUFN' was lucky to do as well as it did, but I'll be amazed if this does any better.

I think the things that will go in PB’s favour compared to FUFN:

• not clashing with artists (Sugababes, Chappell) who prob share some of the same fanbase

• A hopefully smooth video release

• No explicit versions to mess up online exposure

• major exposure/hype/praise from festivals

• A recent top 30 radio smash to build on the momentum of

Everything is basically pointing to should be bigger than FUFN but please dong prove us wrong

Not really sure I'm bothered about the chart fortunes for this track tbh. I mean, ofc it'd be very welcomed, but not sure I care in the grand scheme of things. I still have the album on the way and the tour to go to in October... We WON tbh! <3

Maybe one day this work of art gets its justice but for now i'll just enjoy the ride🙏
