Me too, it's one of the highlights on the album for me.

It is the standout for me. Maybe because Sabrina is on it and them two together sounds so good

Hopefully it can repeak in January but wouldnt be suprised if it drops out for a few weeks as CTF was close to entering this week itself

The vinyls have been shipped 1 week early.

The original rumour was an ET video but then another one about it being a christmasy video came out an opalite Christmas remix as well 🤣

I think that was just a made up rumour by Taylor Swift fans because opalite is their fav song. It made no sense to film where she did for opalite imo.

"The Life Of A Showgirl" is a non-mover at #3 in the UK Albums this week.

Went to my second Swiftageddon a few weeks ago and hearing Actually Romantic after a few beers hits SO well, what an absolute banger.

This album has grown to be better than TTPD in my eyes, I knew it would get there after being a bit of a letdown initially. I still wouldn’t class it as one of her best, but it just needed to be given a chance. The songs have their own identities after being given some time and listening in different headspaces.

I'm still waiting for her to announce a second disc The Death of a Showgirl produced by Jack and Aaron as I cannot believe we are only getting 12 tracks.

In all seriousness, I think Life of a Showgirl is a really solid pop record. I know there was a big online discourse about it not being that great, but I really think a lot of people didn't really give it much of a chance as it's her strongest and most concise record in a long time (I'm a Lover stan but even I can acknowledge that record is bloated).
