I once again find myself questioning what post Cody is reading because it's clearly not the one where he is a non-mover from last month.

Thanks Rob for filling in and even actually including the previous positions which I am usually too lazy to do these days xx Neliönoir and Danæviia were nearly tied in the last update and did pretty similarly in 176 so remaining very close at the top, plus Bøtanikkä slightly outdoing both of them to tighten up the top 3. FLJ climbing 21 places into the top 10 more than halfway through the year must be something that doesn't happen often! Not me falling despite qualifying again but at least still tracking to be back in the top 20 as long as I can stay consistent enough in the last few contests of the year (at least one bigger hit would not go amiss though x)

This marks the first time Bøtanikkä have ever hit #1 on this list! They've been #2 7 times before (twice after BJSCs 139 & 140 and another 5 times from BJSCs 169-174). It's also a new peak of #2 for Danæviia after being #3 5 times before (after BJSCs 97, 168-169 and 174-175), Neliönoir are a non-mover at their peak of #5 and Ajanaeda have a new peak of #11, they never made the top 30 on this list before their comeback but have been gradually working their way up since entering it for the first time in BJSC 170.

The last new country to hit #1 was Kathaldazia after BJSC 157, Bøtanikkä's rise to the top ends the latest run of 10 updates in a row with Aeroche at #1 (now up to a total of 77 times at #1, with FSR Rontvia having the second most with just 23).

Also realising I never got around to properly commenting on these results so a belated thank you to Jade, J00ps, Miri, Doctor Blind, Harry, Jacob, Jim, Harve, blackquare, Callum, Mack, uhsting, elgornio, Iz, Jafet, Tim, Noche and Scene for the points I didn't already acknowledge in the thread, my first points in over a year from Mothertopia and POPHub and in over 2 years from (the nation currently known as) Baleghde, Flynnonda and Yehesi *.* I have ended up going for an even poppier song for the next contest so will see if I can continue to infiltrate the pop hoes x (cue DNQing). Waited all the way until the last contest to get a 30th place and then very nearly had 2 of them in a row oh my. Also just realising this was 2 contests in a row where Pestolia were the only country to give me a medal position!! @Ansel holding up my relevance single handedly

I hadn't clocked that Hendinia only had one previous top 10 hit this year (although still 5 for 6 on top 15 hits for the year so far x), 'Brick By Brick' is definitely my favourite of their entries so far this year though so hooray for it adding to that. I voted for 5 of the top 10 so not too bad, a few more of my big faves being not far outside as well, pleasantly surprised to see Mabe Fratti in the top 15 and some solid showings there for Årabrot, uvula, Tatyana, Arc De Soleil and Disiniblud too. I was rooting for YOU LOVE HER to be a potential dark horse big hit so a shame to see it just being another midtable result, we need some #endaelandorracism in here xx Also a bit of a shame that BINI didn't seem to get the big pop votes as it was a major guilty pleasure for me (I do really like NewJeans though so not wildly out of character, plus of course I gave high points to f5ve so Aesthetica being on a bit of a roll with the Asian girlgroups).

Agreed with the general sentiment that the different results reveal concept was interesting for a change but wouldn't want it every month - thanks for all the hosting efforts Phil anyhow! (And if it still needed to be said my scoreboard did completely match yours x).
