I can see it still selling well as a 'something to look forward to' Xmas present pre-orders

You would think a lot of concert goers would buy a copy?

I also think she is in for a good boost from Netflix documentary etc.

Does anyone think we will get a new album in 2026? I think she will

8 on UK Itunes :) 10 sales at least :)

  • Album is titled 'Tension Tour // Live 2025' everywhere except Australia/New Zealand where its just 'Tension Tour', so it shows up separately on Kworb. Here are all the positions together: Apple Music

Infinite disco was just the vinyl and digital. The live CD and DVD/ BD only ever included as part of the Guest List 5 disc set so those sales were never attached. Also it was released 16 months later so it didn’t clash with the GLE release and maybe because of the ‘one time only’ broadcast thing back in 2020.

Golden Live had no Blu-ray, very odd. Just the store exclusive media book and the digipack version or whatever they call it. They waited almost a year too I guess not to clash with the SBIT releases.

KMO Live was a good, fast release. Think there was both Blu-ray and dvd packages along with a live cd.

It’s great they’ve released the Tension tour so quickly digitally. Showgirl Homecoming’s CD was released super fast back in 2007 but otherwise there’s usually a wait. I do think it’s strange there’s no DVD etc yet for Tension Live but maybe the plan is to release it separately alongside this Netflix show. So a bit similar to what they did with Homecoming/ White Diamond.

Would just love them to release Good as Gone for just 1 week impact.

3 x physicals

Digital EP

Concert video on YouTube

Sounds soooo good. It's a Kylie classic in my eyes

Not sure what the end of week breakdown was, but 'Golden Live' sold 5,820 CDs as of the Monday update (with another 117 on downloads and 10 from streams). Let's say ~7k from CD by the end of the week. Wonder if 'Tension Live' can manage as many? CD sales have decreased since 2019 and 'Golden Live' was released in the Christmas market. 'Tension Live' has the advantage of three extra months of pre-order though.

'Infinite Disco' sold 2.2k on vinyl. I think 'Tension Live' could manage a similar amount.

Surely it’ll shift 6k with fans opting for the vinyl/CD bundle - streams and downloads will be less than normal for a Kylie release as they are available now.

Looking at February sales I hope it can go Top 15, if they give a little incentive release week then a Top 10 could be achievable.

Take That are releasing their 3 part documentary on Netflix in February 2026.

Not sure why Kylie one taking so long, we know she has been doing the look backs and rummaging in her achives for over a year now, however the Tour has been her main campaign

I would think the same as fans will buy both formats and i cant see it selling something similar to golden live.

Did the Golden Live CD come with a DVD as well? Maybe that gave it an advantage that Tension Live won’t have.

Any predictions for Mondays midweeks where the album will be, do you think it might show up this week.i half think it might be low top 100 but no chance on Friday.

Interesting that the album hasn’t popped up for pre-order anywhere other that her official site so far - wonder if they will keep this as a webstore release due to it not having mass appeal as a live album?

Nowhere to be seen in the mids, I can't say I'm totally surprised.

Just highlights what we know that Kylie fans don’t stream

it will chart in Feb

I never doubted it charting in Feb but I'd have loved a top 100 debut this week and then a new peak in Feb.

#7 on the download chart

#73 on the sales chart

While it's nothing great it at least got a few sales.
