There was plenty of great dance songs (mainly Eurohouse at this time) around, but you find also Britpop, Indie Rock, R&B, Reggae and Pop. Unfortunately 5 songs are not included, because I don't own them as Single-CD. These are:Beverley Knight - Down For The One (#55)Teenage Fanclub - Neil Jung (#62)Mike & The Mechanics - Anotehr Cup Of Coffee (#65)Cyndi Lauper - Come On Home (#66 - actually I have the dance mixes of it, but they are too long to be put here)Alison Moyet - Solid Wood (#71)Now talking about my favourites. These are my 10 favourite songs from that chart:De'Lacy - Hideaway (One of my favourite house songs of all time with great vocals)JX - Son Of A GunThe Original - I Luv You BabyEdwyn Collins - A Girl Like YouBlur - Country HouseAsh - Girl From MarsMary Kiani - When I Call Your NameDeuce - On The BibleTLC - WaterfallsDiana King - Shy GuyWhat are your favourites from that list?

August 27Aug 27 These are my 10 favourites from the list, although there are plenty more good ones outside of these.Björk - IsobelUtah Saints - OhioThe Charlatans - Just When You're Thinkin' Things OverAlanis Morissette - You Oughta KnowDiana King - Shy GuyRadiohead - JustSeal - Kiss From A RoseDe'Lacy - Hideaway (Deep Dish Radio Edit)TLC - WaterfallsThe Rembrandts - I'll Be There For You (Theme From 'Friends')Finally, this one would have been great if it didn't contain the ridiculous voiceover from the tango advert on it 😕 I couldn't believe it was on there when I bought it! It's such a shame as otherwise it works well as a more pumped up version of the original.Felix - Don't You Want Me (Patrick Prins Edit)

August 28Aug 28 Author Thanks for commenting here :)Glad that all of you also have Hideaway in your list. @dandy* great list of songs. I agree with your comment on the Felix release.@TheSnake I also prefer "Run away" and the stuff they did together with MC Sar.@Bjork great list of indie songs from that week@King Rollo "A Girl Like You" is ace, also like the Suggs song.@Jade Great list of songs. Absolutely forgot to put "Alright" in my list. One of my favourite Supergrass songs only topped by "Caught By The Fuzz" and "Richard III".@My Random Music It is great to see your votings in your blog. I'm also not to keen on the original mix of "On The Bible", but the Wand Remix is great imo.
