Tuesday at 23:381 day John Lewis dance track this year there falling of band wagon don’t do anything last few years
Yesterday at 04:561 day ^ I'm team Slade this year! I know it already had its #1 moment in the 70s but I'd definitely be behind it getting there again this year. That's a very cleverly timed farewell tour for them. Ideally they finish the tour in their home city of Birmingham on the day the Christmas chart is announced!
Yesterday at 08:281 day Turns out the Kylie physicals ARE released on Christmas week (12th December for 19th December chart).Go on Kylie stans, do your best.
Yesterday at 09:421 day Kylie getting Christmas #1 would be SUCH a moment. Unlike the pop princess herself though, it's a very very tall order.
Yesterday at 10:161 day Just spotted how high Kylie X M A S is for Amazon.#4 on their main Christmas Hits playlist#1 on Christmas Present#1 on Merry Mix ahead of Mariah#1 on Christmas Party#3 on Feel Good Christmas #1 on Amazon OriginalsGwen Stefani’s new Christmas song is also being pushed but is a long way behind.
Yesterday at 10:191 day And… last time I tried to choose a song to play on Amazon Prime, it wouldn’t play my choice - but today it is happy to play Kylie XMAS on repeat.

Yesterday at 10:341 day I'll allow it, its not exactly gonna clogging the chart every year either Ellie Goulding says hi
Yesterday at 10:381 day Ok - just tried the Amazon Christmas ‘station’ and the track it is pushing is Gwen Stefani - not Mariah, Wham! or Kylie. So both Kylie and Gwen possibly coming for their highest charting Christmas song to date.
Yesterday at 10:581 day Surely there’s zero chance of Slade’s farewell tour suddenly making theirs the most streamed Christmas song. We saw how modest the impact of Shane dying was on The Pogues.Wham! not getting Christmas #1 would be good though. If it has to be Kylexa then why not.

Yesterday at 12:321 day In terms of Amazon, I've not seen the list yet but don't they usually primarily plug a British act in the UK?

She has dual nationality (she has a UK passport I believe) and is an artist who musically is based in the UK (even if she has now moved back to Australia). There are several lesser tracks too. But no British artists YET (excluding Kylie). The question is: if there are tracks by British artists later, will they take precedent over the two tracks currently being pushed (Kylie and Gwen)?
